I attend a pole fitness class once a week and, because I am 67, it takes me slightly longer to master various moves. This is where my Pole Tricks book comes in very handy because it explains in detail the best way to perform every single trick. It has been a game changer for me! Love it!

I do recommend PPA for home polers. It gives you the best structure in a safe manner and safe progression. I literally had ZERO strength and after 4 months, I'm spinning and nailing tricks! Kelly and the coaches care for their students all over the world!

I bought the digital version as I’m in Australia. It was easy to download and save. I love it. It is easy to follow, pictures help me know exactly what do. It’s great that I don’t need to think about what training I’ll do as it has grouped exercises I just have to follow. It has off the pole and on pole conditioning. Fantastic purchase and well priced.

I love Pole Power Academy!
It already helped me a lot in my pole journey. The videos are well structured and easy to follow. There is a great variaty of themes and styles. All coaches explain the moves well and also possible mistakes. I'm really looking forward to make more progress 💪🏻

Into my second month of PPA and I’m absolutely loving it more than I thought , great classes , great teachers always there to help you out and answer questions, website is a dream to navigate , I actually feel very well organised with all my weekly classes booked and I don’t have to walk out the door .. I've had my PPA Gold membership for about three months. I could not be more happy. Absolutely top notch. I have subscribed to many online pole platforms before this one, but was always frustrated for one reason or another. A few of the things I am most impressed with are: 1) the organization and user friendly website that makes finding what you're looking for very quick and easy. 2) the way the classes are structured and build upon each other. 3) the amount of interest the PPA team have shown in my personal journey and how they can help me achieve my goals. 4) the wide variety of conditioning classes. 5) the supportive Facebook community.

Amazing customer service and interaction. Product is lovely and very good structuted.

PPA is very human, kind and down to earth. The classes are easy to follow and often leave me wanting more, and I often do more than planned. The variations of classes working on different areas of the body and different durations means you can do that quite comfortably. The planner helps me keep to my goals and completing in advance means I'm never left clueless after a busy day. I am currently on the Off the Pole plan. My core strength has come along very quickly and this is helping me in day to day life, I didn't realise my core had become so lazy until I started noticing life getting easier. I hope to start on the full pole work after completion of my first 12 weeks. Thanks Team PPA!

The structure of classes/skills is brilliant I love being able to train at home and not have to worry about others or having to wait my turn they are always happy to help with questions and if I’m unsure of things so the added personal touch is amazing and love that I can go at my own pace and in my own space
