Persistent phone calls and abruptness
I spoke to Tom after I had registered interest online, he was very good in explaining how everything works etc. What I didn't appreciate was the bombardment of phonecalls 4/5 times per day from different numbers. I answered the phone to a mobile number and it was Tom again, I explained to him that I've just not had the chance to look into my current policy, he asked how much longer I would need and I said it's just not at the forefront at the moment. He was then very abrupt and hung up the phone. Considering this is supposed to be for parents who are busy the rudeness and the persistent phonecalls have put me off and I will not be taking out a policy with them.

Easy to set up and great CS.
Insurance is such a thought to set up. I was recommended polly from a friend and fellow mum under 35. My advisor was an Adam Grinter. He was friendly,professional but kept it very light hearted and didn’t feel draining. I have just had a baby and had appointments etc but he was flexible and happy to call back at an agreed time which was much easier for myself. Fantastic customer service and met all my needs especially as I was budgeting due to maternity pay till Jan ‘27

Great experience from the start..
I came across Polly while looking into life insurance, as I wanted to give myself some peace of mind for the future.
I made an initial enquiry and received a call to arrange a convenient time to discuss my options. When the day of the call came, I found Joseph to be incredibly friendly, approachable and easy to talk to. He made the whole process feel much less daunting and explained everything thoroughly and clearly.
All of my questions were answered, and Joseph was just so lovely to speak to. He genuinely cared about helping me find the right policy for me. He wasn’t pushy at all and simply wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my decision.
We found the right policy for me, and I couldn’t be happier! I now have the peace of mind I was looking for, at a reasonable cost.
Joseph is a genuinely caring and professional person, and I feel he deserves great praise for his fantastic customer service.

I found the customer service excellent
I found the customer service excellent, i felt no pressure to take out the policy, Lewis Routley communicated well, explaining different options and allowed me time to think about it. Lewis sent me information to read at my own leisure and then called me back at an agreed time to discuss it further. What i liked most about my polly insurance policy was that my policy not only covers life insurance and critical illness for myself but it also included my children for no extra cost! I would highly recommend others to explore Polly life insurance.

Jake Phillips - really helpful
Jake Phillips was really helpful. He helped me set up my policies a few years ago. He recently assisted me with cancelling my life policy (company is now supplying one) without trying to upsell me a policy I didn’t need. He increased by CIC and was thorough but quick and everything was sorted within 10min. Was a pleasure dealing with him.
