Polyguru Reviews

The staff member I dealt with went out of her way in assisting me. Product was well priced and received in good time. Made it a pleasure to deal with the company.

Easy to navigate your site. Great prices and service. Friendly staff when I picked up the goods. What else can you ask for? Bernard.

Great service! Ordered a week before Christmas and arrived within 2 days! Great work.

The Lady knew exactly what I required to do the Job, without her knowledge I would have been in all sorts of trouble.
Also, she didn't promise delivery of my goods before Christmas, she only said she'll try her best, and the goods were delivered within 2 Days. Fantastic

Great to deal with, fast friendly service.
Will definitely go direct again.

Spoke to the office staff who were very nice and confident a delivery was possible before Xmas. Placed the order and paid and only 4 days later the delivery arrived - would have been better if I had received a delivery is scheduled notification!
First time working with Sunlite and I did find the instructions very loose, would be great to specify the rubber ONLY goes on the sided of the H channel and NOT on the F edge sides. Also found I had to squash to and bottom (tapes edges) to make to edge pieces go on easier. Overall I found the rubber very difficult to get into the H channel but happy with the final result and a great addition to our house

Very pleasant people to work with.

Good price and availability of product. I was able to pick up my products quickly from the warehouse. Polyguru responds quickly with great communication and I was able to place and collect my order within a few days. Will purchase from them again.

dropping off the delivery on the grass in the front yard and not letting anyone know it was delivered was in my opinion not very professional

Fast, efficient perfect delivery and service!

Price and service excellent

Fantastic communication with the staff and quick delivery.

Good product, quick delivery when asked. Thanks.

Competitive pricing, custom cutting at no extra cost and fast delivery

Excellent to deal with and such an easy product to install. Thank you.

Excellent communication, returned calls and updated specifics promptly to my personal mobile; Excellent prices, products and stock availability; Will be happy to do business again soon!

Mostly good overall

The pre-sale service was very good, with samples provided very quickly. The quotation process and delivery arrangements were all quite good. My only gripe is that we built a structured based on the profile based one of the samples provided, but Polyguru no longer sell this version. It should have been a lot clearer as we set the rafters up for that higher profile but the sheet we chose only came in low profile. It is on the website as a code (LP for Low Profile), but it really should have been made clearer when providing samples.

Product was delivered in full and in the expected timing.

My dealings with this company was 100 percent positive. Always answered phone , if not called back within ten minutes. Able to answer all my questions about product, very knowledgeable. Impeccable customer service on phone and our order was dealt with in a prompt and timely manner.

I just needed a couple of sheets of poly corrugated materials and placed this order through Polyguru. The process was seamless and easy. I live in Brisbane so I arranged to collect this from their depot at Geebung. The guys out there were so very very helpful. Special shout out to Matt for going out of his way to assist. Highly recommend!
