Used Poly for a patio roofing project, ordered Suntuf panels and the matching ridge flashings. Everything arrived on time and feels good protected. Pricing was solid, quality is good too

Easy access on line.
It was easy to order on line. I like the options to pick up or deliver. The pick up option was also easy. The personal over the phone very helpful and happy to help. The product is good and if not cheap, it's reasonable.

It’s a week later
It’s a week later, and I still don’t have the product. I had no communication whatsoever from the stage or ordering, it until nearly a week later. When I got a phone call about it being delivered Friday just after lunch it is now Saturday and I’ve not heard a word. I have been asked for this review and I still don’t have the product.

Well done Polyguru
I had a small job to do to replace some old clear roofing that had been damaged by hail. Not only was the supplier cheaper than Bunnings but they cut it to size for no cost. They were very quick to turn around my small order, very pleasant to deal with - all in all a very pleasant experience.

I gave clear delivery instructions and the material was put on the client’s flowers in the driveway. The client was upset and it’s a bit inconvenient since they are dealing with me the one who is building the patio for them.

Bunnings 10-15 days delivery - Poly Guru < 3
Bunnings quoted me 10-15 days delivery and you were able to get them to me in <3.
Delivery was good, although the driver was meant to call me 1 hour beforehand but dialed the wrong number.
No drama though as I was home all day.
He carried the 2 rolls of roofing out the back for me and was very polite!!
