I ordered around $500 worth of product , the quality of product is not what it looks like in the pictures. The material is a cheap quality used for hoodies, they are more like a hooded tshirt. When I wanted to return they offered me 30% refund if I return them 😡😡if you are looking for a product like this look elsewhere.

The design is amazing, but the sizing chart is a little off.

The hoodie is super comfortable! Only thing is, the colors are slightly less vibrant than I expected.

Wish they had more styles to choose from, but the quality is excellent!

I love my Polynesian blanket! It's soft, but I expected it to be thicker.

This is not a Polynesian company. This is a Chinese company that are ripping off our culture and selling you cheap inferior products. Do your research and support actual companies from Polynesia and New Zealand.

Item was completely off from normal in size. I own many XXL sweatshirts from different makers and they are all within 3 of 4 inches in diameter around the waist. The hoodie I ordered was a full 12 inches larger around the waist than a typical XXL. The sleeves hung down 4 inches past the ends of my fingertips and there was no elastic fabric around bottom and wrists like a hoodie normally has. I explained this to them and they kept replying to measure the chest and neckline to waist measurements to see if they matched the size chart which did not address my concerns at all. At this point, it looks like I will not be able to even exchange for a smaller size. If you call something an XXL, you can't just produce something in bizarre measurements and then blame the customer for not checking the size chart. You also shouldn't call something a hoodie if it lacks the basics like elastic to keep the sleeves from slipping down and elastic around the waist to keep it from fitting like a dress.

I tired to return my order the day it arrived and it has been hell. They made me take pictures measurements and basically said it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. Offered me a 50% refund but after 6 months they only refunded 25%.
I do not recommend doing business with them, you are better off going through Amazon.

Tried to get a replacement for pants that were too small, and found staff difficult to deal with, no easy return options, made me take photos and provide measurements (it's their procduct). What kind of farce is this.... Also no option to write a review... so here I am

So I’ve ordered tank tops from this BS company, first of all products are from china, nothing from Hawaii, and shipping took too long and the sizes are way off the chart, ordered xl tank tops and one was a kids xl , I will never order from this BS place

This company is misleading... products with New Zealand designs lead to me expecting a NZ based company... but no, appears to be in the United States.
On placing an order there was no indication prices were not in NZ dollars until the very end.... I submitted before comprehending.
The company canceled my order at my request and refunded... not fully though.
When I hit the company up.about its dubious practices they handled my questions by ignoring them.
Be careful with this lot....
