Pompons customer service is awesome! I ordered a few shoes and they were not the right size so Pompons is sending the correct size. Shoes were made well and super cute, my boy loves them!

We just received our shoes and I am more than happy with not only the quality but also the response of the Pompons team. The shoes are perfect and even better quality than I was expecting. They are a little big for my daughter but the Pompons team has been quick to help me fix this wit their free size matching. I can't wait for the correct size to get here so my daughter can wear them.

I purchased 3 pair of shoes for my baby, however I had to contact their customer service as one of the pair was bigger in size than expected. I received instant response from the customer service team and they offered to send a new pair. Overall shoe quality is very good. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice pair of shoes for their little one :)

I had ordered the size in accordance with my child's age. In fact he is several months into the 19-24 month shoes as he is 21 months
I contacted them for a return and they answered immediately!!! No hanging around all dealt with efficiently.
Excellent customer service.
I'm waiting on the new shoes coming nut the quality of the ones I already have look fab.
Delivery was quick too considering I live in the Scottish Highlands.

My first time buying shoes from pompons! I must say it was an awesome experience! My order arrived and unfortunately baby couldn’t fit the intended age size. So I contacted them and they willing to do exchange without further question asked. And ask me to keep the old order and they will send new order with correct sizes! Such excellent service!

Bought 3 shoes that came really fast. Unfortunately, two of the winter boots purchased were small for my 2 kids. When I contacted the pompons, they offered free return and correct size shoes. Best customer service ever. Really love the shoes, they are cute, soft and comfortable for walking.
