Disappointing Experience with Ponggi – Poor Quality and Long Time

I placed an order with Ponggi on February 7, 2025, and only received it on February 24, 2025, which was already a major letdown. However, the biggest disappointment was the quality of the products. The personalized gifts I ordered looked nothing like the images on the website. The photos were poorly edited, and the final result was completely different from what was promised.

I had ordered these gifts for my wife, but honestly, I was embarrassed to give them to her. This is absolutely not what I expected. Given the misleading presentation on the website and the poor quality of the products, I am requesting a full refund. Unfortunately, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

No compren en esta página, hice el pedido y nunca recibí noticias de él hasta que me llegó, no sabía ni si me iba a llegar algún día porque no te informan de nada. Al llegar total decepción, muy mala calidad de producto, nada que ver con lo que te enseñan en la página.

Zero di zero , ho ordinato prima di Natale e ancora aspetto che mi arrivi l’ordine … servizio pessimo … ho mandato tre mail e mi hanno detto di rimandare l’ordine , pagando anche un supplemento . Per l’ennesima volta hanno truffato e ancora non c’è traccia del mio acquisto . Pessimo davvero.

I ordered and then panicked because I started reading the reviews but my item arrived and I absolutely love it. Took just over two weeks. I do think tracking could be improved as when I clicked the link in the email it didn’t take me anywhere, I then worried that I was being hacked. If I was to do this again I would buy from the uk to avoid the stress but that’s just my experience and opinion.

I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but our item arrived today and it’s absolutely perfect! Took about 2 weeks to deliver, we ordered the carousel with personalised photos that go around it, so that’s really not bad time wise. its so perfect! Very happy! Recommend. We are UK based for reference 🇬🇧

I usually read reviews first but I made the mistake of not doing it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHADY SITE. Still not received what I purchased 😕 not looking like I ever will at this stage 😡

As I have had no response from you I was hoping to get a refund I know sliver what you sent it's not £36.00 worth as you can see in the pictures that pendants I have to not match your website.
There for you have given me no chance but to write a bad review something I didn't want to.

Le collanine sono bellissime con la foto e poi il cuoricino con la dedica ma giuro che dopo 5 giorni che c'è l'avevo addosso il cuore era tutto sbiadito e il bagno galvanico rose non c'era praticamente più sia dalla parte in contatto con la pelle che quella sterno che in più era graffiato dalla medaglia con la foto che si appoggia sopra. Ma se come erano così belle sono andata in una galvanica e ho fatto il bagno di alta qualità in rose.

Ordered our daughter a photo paw print necklace for her 18th birthday as we'd recently lost our dog. Arrived and had several blemishes in the photo on the necklace, emailed and explained and they wanted photos of damage, which we tried several ways to try and get but it was impossible. I offered to send it back at their cost as it was damaged, so that they could see the damage for themselves but they said they can't do that as it's a personalised gift, they also would not give me a refund. They blamed it on the photo I'd supplied but there were no blemishes or marks on the photo, you could tell it was a problem their end. They said they'd make another necklace and just charge me postage and that I could choose a different photo if I wanted, I was sceptical but because my daughter was so disappointed I decided to go ahead, I choose another photo to be absolutely certain it wasn't a problem with the photo, it also ended up being another £4 on top of postage but I didn't want to let daughter down. Surprise, surprise the replacement arrived and also has blemishes in the photo!!
Avoid this company, not worth the money!

AVOID!!! I brought a 'love you mum' collage photo frame that lights up which was £26. They made it look really good in the photos and big in size. It arrived alot later than advertised, so she didn't receive her mothers day present on the day. It was badly damaged, but the packaging was perfect, so it was like that before it was sent. It had burn marks, dirt, scuffed edges and the wire had some of the plastic hanging off. It was the most shocking build quality I've ever seen, looked like a child had made it. It was also only about 20cm high! Which is really small for a photo frame with 6 pictures on it and writing! They literally must of spent £2 to make it. Would love to add photos on here to show everyone! Asked for a replacement and they tried charging me another £10 for delivery, which I refused as it was there fault. Got another delivered and it was smashed to bits in about 20 pieces! Asked for a refund as I was fed up at this point, they only offered me 30% back, which is around £7, so they would have still made a good profit!! Shocking!! And guess what it's been 20 days and I still haven't received my refund. When you buy it you dont get any tracking details, even though the website says you will. If you email them it takes ages for them to respond. There not professional, as they don't say hi or sorry or even thanks! I honestly think there a scam, as yes you will receive an item but it will not be as described, and very high price for the quality item you receive!! I never write reviews as generally I'm to busy, but I've made the time for this company!!! Please avoid and don't waste your money. They will receive this review, as I need to make a big point about this!

Item came broken and been emailing for a refund or replacement... no response at all been waiting a week now...

If I could give zero I would, my son ordered and light up personalised frame from here, paid for express, that was at the beginning of December it has just arrived today, 5 year olds in arts and crafts could have done better, glass is scratched and dirty, also cracked in the corner.

Product was not what the picture looked like at all. And would not give refund and were very unhelpful!!!!!

Don't buy from this seller. I paid 25 € for express shipping (2-5 days according to their website) and after two weeks, the item is still in China. Very poor communication without any interest to solve the problem. Never again.

The recorded message was in a foreign language which was not asked for.

I order on 28 october 2023, and still the order has not been send to me and is 22 november 2023. And everytime when i try to get in touch with them i receive after more then 24 hours answer from the same email back "We will arrange expedited production for you, please be patient." And the craft time on there webside is 3-5days plus shipping days to US,UK is 7-10 business days. I have already 18 waiting days and the worder has not been sent to me . And i have been order the product from time becouse on 27'November i fly to Italy and that has been suppose to be a gift. And on there website say in case of refund need to be approved by them and 30% will be stop becouse of the shipping cost. An d when i pay , in the price has been entry and the shipping cost. So they dont pay the shipping. I pay the Subtotal: £31.20 and shipping: £7.79 . Total: £38.99 GBP. The money was know how to take it very fast, but to reply (reply i think an robot at emails) and the time for shipping is long way gone from what they say on ther website. They try to take mpney from each coustumer 30%of the order. I will go to police because is a Scam. They have 10 admins for there website : 1 is in USA and 9 in China. So they are frauders, scammers. Even on facebook on there page where they make advertiser, i saw many people complain, and no one don't do nothing. It's Scam

Scandalosi. Inoltre il rimborso.... ciaooo!!!!!
