Great products
The service, delivery and packaging are great. The quality of the items are also brilliant - the hoodies are lovely and warm!
Please note that if you have a small head the baseball caps are not adjustable and come up a bit big.

Items were received quickly
Items were received quickly. The hoodie fitted very well and was of good quality. Was a little disappointed in the pawprint baseball cap. Was loose and did not have a way to tighten it.

Not fit for purpose
The treat bag is attractive but totally unworkable. I thought it would be like a bum bag but it isn't - it only has a shoulder strap and clips to hook onto your belt - useless if wearing a dress! A lot of money for something I can't use.

Hi Mrs Hylton,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. This is first we have heard from you and we would love it if you would give us an opportunity to make things right.
It's very sad to read you're only giving us two stars because the product you bought wasn't quite what you expected it to be. We don't advertise our Walkies Bag as a bum bag and you're right in saying that it does comes with clips to attach to a belt if you don't want to use the shoulder straps.
We understand it's often difficult when buying online which is why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee to give customers peace of mind when ordering. All we ask is the product is returned to us in a resalable condition.
Please send an email to info@poochstore.co.uk where we will gladly help you further.
Best wishes,
Frazer

Originally ordered the 10 in black but needed to size up to a 12 (smarter move really for the winter and wearing thicker jumpers under this lovely Gillette).
The navy is very nice indeed, it's smart and adaptable and excellent quality.
