We bought a rechargeable table lamp. It’s a great quality lamp and the service was excellent, with eco friendly packaging too. The lamp has good weight (important for me) and looks classy. Light levels are good and the light throws a cosy glow. So far so good.

What absolutely lets the whole thing down is the Mickey Mouse Christmas cracker quality remote control. It is truly awful and Pooky provide what they consider to be a funky metal cover. In my opinion that is also naff and reminds me of the cheap container my father had his cigarette papers in. It’s clunky to operate too. Surely you guys can do better than this, I will happily pay more for a good remote.

Another great lamp from Pooky. Much better lasting time rather than some cheap alternatives I’ve bought in the past. Love the remote, too!

Pooky are fine but you are using DPD who keep going to the wrong address. Again, we have not got our delivery!

I recently ordered the beautiful Stucco table lamp, regular size in turquoise. Ordered Sunday evening and received it quickly by Wednesday. The base and shade came beautifully and thoroughly packaged in two boxes. It was such a delight to unpack and put in position. The lamp is made so well
with such quality. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it, and sit on the sofa admiring it!!! The most beautiful piece ever!

Fantastic company with fast response times . I accidentally auto loaded wrong delivery address which they sorted immediately. Great product and lovely quality the pair of wall lights look fabulous . My only feedback being setting up/using the remotes on a pair of rechargeable lamps - instructions would have been handy .

So pleased with our rechargeable lamp and shade! It’s the perfect size for our small sofa table and gives a soft glow in the room.
Easy to order, great to be able to ‘try’ different shades with the base on the website.

I ordered two wall lights and one table lamp with shades for them all. The quality is amazing and I am really pleased with them. The charge on the light appears to last well too. The wall lights were very easy to fit too.
My only negative is that I didn’t understand from the website that I would need a different shade for the downlight. I went with suggested shades and from the photos thought they would fit facing either up or down.I only realised when I saw the fitting instructions and saw I should have got two pendant lampshades. This wasn’t clear on the website. I am still happy with them.

I bought a large mirror from pooky - when it arrived the packaging was open and although there was bubble wrap in the box it was not wrapped around the mirror - on inspection the mirror was heavily used, it was dirty with other people’s dust/ finger prints - dings to the wood work, chips to paint work etc. It was obviously a return that got sent out by mistake. I rang customer services immediately and asked if they could get a new one sent out and this one picked up. The lady said she couldn’t do that and I’d have to email with photos - which I did straight away. It then took 5 days for their customer services to respond and then I got a one liner asking me to complete a form on the portal - essentially putting me back to square one when I was told I could return via email. A used mirror should never have been sent, but the response and no one in the customer service team sorting this quickly is shocking, both the phone call and email made me feel like they didn’t believe me / this could happen and it definitely has.

I bought a wall light with a separate shade. The first shade arrived defective (nothing to do with transport) but the fitting was fine, and the process of returning it and trying to reorder was more complicated than it should have been. Reason being, their system doesn’t allow exchanges for a different finish, and you can’t buy a shade on its own without fittings through the website, which caused unnecessary delays and back-and-forth with customer support as they needed to raise a manual order which took four days.

Initially I was told the replacement shade had gone out of stock, which was very frustrating. However, once the issue was escalated, they rechecked the stock, confirmed availability, and arranged for the shade to be sent out urgently. They also provided it free of charge as an apology, which I really appreciated.

The products are genuinely good, and while the process was a bit bumpy, I have to be honest the final resolution was handled well. Four stars for good products and ultimately responsible and friendly customer service who apologised for the miscommunication.

Visited the Gloucester Showroom, with so much choice we were really grateful for the amazing help and service from a member of staff. She went out of her way to engage with us and we left with not only a beauitful lampshade put a new table lamp and this light switches that can be painted to blend in with your walls. I wish I had her name, she was from North Macedonia.

Our cheeky new puppy broke our Pooky hallway lamp, so we thought that we might make a change….but after looking around we came back to the same stunning Wisteria Lamp! We just couldn’t beat it, (btw the new one is paler in colour than the original lamp)
We also bought 2 brass rechargeable lamps and love these too, they’re well made, stylish and useful.

Very easy to choose and purchase. Delivery was very swift and without problems. The box was dented but the lampshade inside was well protected and undamaged.
The shade isn't as nice when it is illuminated. The fabric is a bit coarse and the holes in between the weave bigger than expected and it let's bright light through. So the pattern isn't so attractive when lit. Nice colours though.
