Item shipped quickly, and everything worked awesome from start.

I purchased Hayward W3S180T92S ProSeries 18 In., 1 HP Sand Filter System for Above-Ground Pools thru Superstore via Amazon. I have it installed by a professional. The pump portion leaked yet the Superstore refuses to replace it w/o my returning the product. For anyone who knows pools, I can not just remove it w/o all of pool water draining. All they have to do is send me a new Hayward pump, I will replace the old one and return it immediately. Very poor customer service. I will not be buying any products from them ever again. I contacted Hayward and they told me they will handle the problem. I tried to contact Amazon which is nearly impossible.

Company cancels my order and did not even tell me. Had to wait days for my money back.

I did some research on a Harris pool pump. Since my pump broke I decided to try a different type. Pool supply superstore was a great company to buy from.
I recently put the pump to working and very so far satisfied.

Replaced an old 1 hp pump.
This claimed to be 1hp , but it’s really 3/4 hp. Produces 5 psi less max pressure
Than the old one

this compony dose not stand behind any product they sell. i called because i had a question about something i bought. it was not working all they said was that sucks guess you'll have to call the manufacture.

Had a sand filter for years, changed to a canister filter and seems to be better

My order was being delivered through FedEx. There was a problem I let superstore know about it. They took care of the problem in the very fast manner. I would totally recommend this company to everyone.

Product was exactly like it stated and cheaper than other pool suppliers. Hope it last a long time and will be purchasing from this place again

I have called over and over to customer service of my order. I placed the order April 25th. On May 3rd over $650 was deducted from my bank account. I called customer service and was told for the 2nd time “You will get your order 7 to 10 days once it is processed “.
I asked why do I not have a receipt for my order since the money was taken from my account? Why don’t I have a tracking number?
I was told I would get an email within an hour. THAT EMAIL NEVER CAME!
I called customer service today because I’ve gotten two emails asking to rate about my order. As IF I got my pool pump.
Today customer service admitted they saw nothing about my order or any tracking info. I asked to cancel and refund my order. I was again told I would receive an email about the cancellation within an hour. It’s now been six hours and I don’t have an email that my order was canceled and I will get my refund.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed!

Ordering was easy, super fast shipping, The Dolphin Advantage works great. Put it in the water, plug in, and set back and watch it work. The information with the unit on the Control Unit isn't very good. My only complaint is, that I used the link on website for Customer Service and sent two emails asking if the Dolphin Advantage only works on the 1-2-3 times a week option? I ask if the other options on the control unit work with this model. I have gotten no reply as of yet.

They had the product I was looking and shipment was fast

I have yet to run the pump other than plug it in and make sure it came on. It did.
Reason for concern is due to how the pump was packaged. Shipping box was a mess. Taped up. Falling apart. I did document the condition of the shipping box so if there are issues with pump I will be reaching out to Pool Supplies.

My order was filled promptly, showing up on my doorstep when expected.

Just about every individually wrapped chlorine tablet is busted to pieces. I have a bucket full of bits and pieces and mostly dust.

I ordered an In-Ground pool cover from Pool Supply Superstore in June of 2022 and before the end of the season the blister bubbles were flaking off and the rest of the cover was brittle and cracking. The cover has never been exposed to excessive heat or cold and I keep my chemical balanced perfectly.  There is no excuse for this degradation other than poor material. The warranty specifically omits "Material" as a failure mode and only mentions other aspects of the cover's assembly that held up fine.  All those other features had material dissolved around it. The cover is useless after less that one season. Terrible quality.
