I was looking to purchase a good quality Solar Cover for our swimming pool. My research took days. Finally I decided to buy it from this Company. They didn't have it available at the time, but I purchased it anyway. They communicated with me as soon as they got it in stock and sent it to me immediately. The cover is a very good quality. I am really satisfied overall with this Company.

I recently purchased a single speed pool pump and was not aware of the new law which prohibited the sale of such pump in California. I realized right after I ordered and called customer service and notified them and they told me to return once I received for a refund. When I received my pump I reached out to customer service to get return labels and they insisted I pay for return shipping. After going round and round with them and a supervisor they agreed to send mey return labels. I waited for a whole week with nothing. I again called customer service and explained my situation and why I was trying to return pump, again I was confronted with having to pay for return shipping.After going round and round explaining my situation and having found out that a supervisor cancelled my first attempt to get return labels, I was finally given my return labels. This was illegal for them to even ship a single speed pump to California and they fought tooth and nail to get me to pay for return, horrible customer service.

I would have to say that the knowledge on Harris pool pumps is nonexistent from Harris or their supplier’s when it comes to wiring the unit. We called both Harris and PSS with questions on electrical and asked for wiring diagrams, neither could help and not in the manual. Harris has awful customer service and their manual is very vague. Best of luck if wiring yourself!

I ordered a suction pool cleaner and waited 3 weeks to receive because it was back ordered and when it finally came it was the wrong pool cleaner. A completely different model was sent to me. Next time please inspect the contents of the box before shipping. If it a check was made the mistake would have been caught prior to shipment.

Quality and price were excellent - deserve 5 stars on those. But a customer service issue is worth MINUS one star, so the average is **. The issue was sales tax was charged on an item that should have been tax free due to a sales tax holiday in Florida. I was promised by phone and by email they would credit it back to me. They never did, so I disputed that part of the total with my credit card company who tok care of it.

I emailed twice to cancel the order and got no response. I don't think I will be using your service in the future.

We bought the wrong pool sweep, and we called and said we'd buy the correct one from them if they waived the cost to return the wrong one. They absolutely refused, and we had to pay $134 to return and still don't have our money back. Worst company to deal with. Never again.

Failure to respond to customer needs and does not respond in a timely manner or at all, they just hope you will go away. Purchased a salt water cell on 12/2020 took too long to get, so I bought it somewhere else. The warranty is 5 years on this, tried to use it last week and water just came pouring out the side, never used, and in their box. They are not responding here again, not a member of BBB, because they are a horrible company. Don't buy here even if the price is low this is why products come from Australia.

The pool pump that I purchased arrived broken. I had to have another company replace the motor on it. Never buying from here again.
