You don’t find service like this just anywhere. They take the time to talk to you, help you, and make sure you leave with exactly what you need (and a smile).

Since you’ve ordered from us other times with no issues, we were honestly surprised to see this type of review…especially without any prior communication.
We also noticed the order you’re referring to was placed FOUR months ago, which is far outside our return and exchange policy. If there had been a genuine issue with the melts, we would have needed to know at the time so we could verify and correct it. Waiting several months makes it impossible for us to assess anything on our end.
Our recipe and fragrance load have not changed, and we’ve never had a report of Blueberry Cheesecake lacking scent…it’s consistently one of our strongest fragrances.
We’re always willing to help, but we do expect concerns to be shared within our policy window so we can address them fairly and accurately.

I absolutely love the items I purchased from Pops & Gigi’s Gift Shop. The only thing I wish that had been indicated regarding the Southern Living adult shirts I purchased, is the sizing is men’s sizing, even though they are women’s shirts. It’s ok, I will give them to ladies I know they will fit. They are quality, darling shirts. They are just men’s L, XL and XXL.
