They take a really long time to process orders. I placed an order 3 weeks ago. They received my package 2 weeks ago and still haven't sent it, let alone added it to my account. And the I don't know how long I'll have to wait for them to ship it. To put things into perspective, I need to receive a package from Spain to Portugal. So, it would have been faster to go by car. I'm shocked by such "speed" and such "service"!! They constantly apologise in the chat and say - thanks for your understanding. But there is absolutely no understanding on my part. Seems this "company" employs the one and only person who answers the chat, calls, picks up parcels and ships them worldwide.

Ordered and paid a kids mat for 169 pln, on the web site it is stated that thickness is 3 cm, after 2 months received a small box with low quality mat pieces and thickness 1 cm
