White glove service from start to finish! Changed my business in all the right ways!

Portless helped us every step of the way and made sure that my needs were addressed.

We’ve been working with Portless as a fulfillment and logistics partner, and overall it’s been a great experience. The onboarding process was smooth.

Once live, the reliability and consistency of fulfillment have been impressive. Orders are being handled accurately and on time, and the integration with our systems has made managing multi-market inventory much easier. Their team is communicative and quick to resolve issues, which is a big deal in this space.

It’s also clear they’re constantly improving their technology and support systems to make fulfillment smoother.

Overall, Portless has proven to be a reliable, forward-thinking partner who’s helping us scale international logistics more efficiently.

Great team building a great platform.

I first came across Portless around October 2023 and had a call with them to understand more about their logistics. I was immediately drawn to the speed and simplicity they can offer and said I would reach out when I am ready to launch my product. I then reconnected with Lance at the end of 2024 and he was not only incredibly helpful but also incredibly motivating to speak with and he really gave me huge belief in my product launch and went above and beyond to help. My launch was successful and I did end up working with Portless. They are a lovely team and the service is great. Definitely recommend checking them out and I want to also say, they are very willing to listen to feedback. Their senior leadership team spent an hour with me on a call listening to suggestions I had to improve things and that really stood out to me as a company who values all customers (small and big). So a huge thank you to Lance and all the guys at Portless. Definitely recommend them.

I was recently informed by this company's sales team that they had "decided not to move forward" with my brand, citing volume and expectations as the reasons.

If we truly “weren’t a fit,” that should have been communicated after the initial or second call—not after several encouraging conversations that clearly indicated alignment. What seems to have shifted the tone was their lead time to the U.S.—initially quoted as 5 days. However, once I requested proof of this post–May 2nd (end of de minims), no follow-up was provided. A clear lack of transparency.

Regarding volume: their stated minimum is 500 monthly orders. I made it very clear that our volume exceeds that by more than three times. So from an operational standpoint, that explanation simply doesn’t hold.

As for the mention of “high expectations,” I would assume any professional company sets a high bar for itself and expects the same of its partners. It’s disappointing to see professionalism and clear communication framed as negatives. If this was my experience before working together, I can only imagine how things might have gone after. It seems they may prefer working with less demanding, more passive clients—which, in today’s environment, is both surprising and concerning for any serious operator.

What’s most frustrating is the time wasted—multiple calls, detailed follow-ups, and internal discussions—only to be dismissed with vague, shifting justifications.

As an active member of several 7- and 8-figure merchant communities, I’m sharing this review, so others can make informed decisions. In today’s fast-paced business landscape, no brand can afford to waste time on unclear or inconsistent partnerships.
