Aside from the fact that the product took over a month to get here, the small steam iron did not look new or anything like what I saw on Facebook. To make matters worse, it didn't work. So I asked for a refund and all they offered was $8 "in compensation".

When I had an issue with the wrong address on my order they were quick to respond and fix the issue. I was pleased with the customer service

I ordered the glasses 4 weeks ago. They charged my credit card immediately. They said they delivered the glasses last Monday. They did not. I have emailed them twice and they have not responded. They said they were shipped from Iceland, but I doubt it. Another typical chinese online company that has no problem in cheating the customers. I recommend no one buy from these online companies. If Amazon, Wayfair, Etsy or Costco don't have them, don't buy it. Scammers!!

I dislike it because I thought it was a steamer and larger.

I thought that the bags were sold by Native Americans. I was highly disappointed to learn they came from Italy. The Facebook add shows people sewing, giving the impression that it is Native Americans. Feel scammed. I have put a warning comment for others who may make the same mistake as me.

I love the purse. I just don’t understand why it came from Ireland when it is supposed to be made by native Americans.

Shipping took months to get wallet. No customer service to speak of. Product was cheap, flimsy and overpriced. Item was not as advertised. Would never recommend this company.

I ordered a wallet on March 28, 2026. It was a gift for my son for a trip. By April 21, he had left for his trip, wallet never arrived, I had to buy a wallet at another store for him. I still gave its more time. On May 13, 2026, I contacted Portrayi asking for a refund as I never received the wallet and no longer needed it and had to buy a different one. They ignored my request and sent a second wallet. That one still has not arrived and they are still refusing a refund. NEVER BUY FROM THEM

All good. As advertised, shipping took a while but I was updated every day. Delivered ok. Seems to be as ordered. This is a bolt checker, I guess as advertised. No studs to check nut sizes.

I am afraid they will get damaged easily

Product was good ; it took more than a week to get delivered however.

Can't tell you much until I plant them and see if the grow.

Sharpener works well after i got my magnifying glass Out to read the directions and used chatgpt to decode the chinese characters on the unit.
Also, the opening could be a bit wider so i can get my pocket knife in easier.
Overall, i am happy with the product.

I just received it on Monday and have only used it twice. So far, I'm not impressed. It doesn't lather well, and my hair has no body when I style it. My hair actually feels thinner to be honest.

The delivery time was slow, tracking was good, but your sd showed a larger shampoo bottle. I got 3- 4oz bottles, that I thought was pretty slim for $49!

I ordered some ornaments for my team in early December. They charged me more than what the receipt said on my credit card. So I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The gifts were not delivered until mid January even though it said they would be there by Christmas, and two of the eight were broken. When I reached out to get it fixed, they kept offering me seven dollars total, even though I paid more for each one. I told them that was unsatisfactory and the response I continued to get which was clearly generated by some sort of AI or translation service said that that was the best they could do. It’s been two weeks and I still have not gotten the refund. The customer service has also stopped responding.

The site here says this is based in Phoenix, however, I’m in Phoenix and the tracking information that I received had the package starting out in China. We never order from this company again.

If I could put no stars I would. Do not buy the Elvis Sun Spinner. It is nothing like it's advertised. They also won't refund or admit the product looks nothing like what they advertise.
