Posh Reviews

I ordered a new shower head as my one had got damaged and called up the company and they ordered a new one for me, was very easy and straightforward and the staff were very helpful

Excellent product and so easy to build - my husband and I got it built within 2 hours and that included getting it upstairs! I have recommended the product to several friends and my brother too. We find it take about 5 mins or so to heat and we are in there daily now😊 health aspects are so positive for saunas that it’s a no brainer

Really pleased with my sauna. Bought on back order. Communication was good. Delivery professional. Very happy Customer. Would recommend to family and friends. 5*

The Vidalux 2 Person Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna With Complete Heat was initially out of stock with Posh, but it was definitely worth waiting for. Delivery was efficient and smooth and the free back rest makes for a more comfortable experience. Assembly was straight forward when following the short instruction video on the website. The quality is amazing. Have thoroughly enjoyed using it and would not hesitate to recommend both the sauna and Posh based on our experience.

Hi guys I also bought a steam generator and a steam room door from Posh, both were excellent, I have bought similar products at 5x the price( not mentioning any Tylo names)and I can assure you the quality is just as good if not better, Matt Lock

From start to finish the experience that we had with Posh is 5 star. I would highly recommend this company. They answer the phone, gave us full product details, keep their delivery promises.
The product is fantastic, we are very happy with it.

I ordered the deluxe shower head and it arrived very quickly, well packaged and with good tracking information, it was exactly as described and is of very good quality.

Room for improvement in communication.

Ease of ordering and product

Ordering was fairly straightforward

We found the shower we need, and it's being delivered in two days' time. Helpful telephone advice too

The Lisna Waters LW5 900 x 900 Square Hinged Door Steam Shower I bought is amazing. It's like having a spa at home. The installation was straightforward, and the quality is worth every penny!

I recently purchased a rattan garden set from Posh UK, and I'm beyond pleased. The quality is fantastic, and it arrived much quicker than expected. The customer service was very helpful, answering all my queries promptly. I'll definitely be ordering again!

What can I say , amazing price and service. Fast shipping… thanks

I ordered a Shower Cabin before checking the height. Unfortunately I had to ring and explain and cancel the order. They could not have been more helpful. Excellent Customer Service and was given a refund immediately

I have had kindness at all times from staff , I am disabled and struggle with my sight , staff were very caring

Top notch quality! Wish I'd bought it sooner.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying an infrared sauna, I personally love the one in my local gym but don't really enjoy sitting next to a bunch of sweaty guys. Although the temperature is much lower it really gets you sweating.

Me and my girlfriend bought this a few months ago and honestly it's been one of the best decisions we've made.

Currently using it about 2-3 nights a week and we connect a small portable speaker to the TV so we can watch it through the glass door. Great investment and highly recommended!
