Quick and friendly support
I've contacted their support twice for minor issues with the webmail and have gotten a quick answer with fixes every time. Easy to use and setup service, clean and fast webmail interface, and cheap prices. You can also see their uptime stats on their status page.
Great service overall.
Only requests would be to perhaps implement WebDAV calendars and to allow sending emails from aliases.

Regarding WebDAV, we do support it, but we don't provide any DAV client, at least not yet. You can easily create a CalDAV calendar URL or CardDAV address book URL from our admin interface, in an account page. That URL can then be used in any DAV client/app.
Sending from aliases in another beast. We're actually considering it, but this has a lot of implications and no decision had been taken yet.

Brilliant mail service
Brilliant mail service, but what happened to free? I only use it to attach a mailbox to my domains for technical purposes, not for users. It will be disappointing if this is discontinued.

We've had to stop offering free plans to new users in order to maintain quality of service following a rapid growth of our user base. We now offer the $1/mo Base plan instead (with its 1 month free trial).
However any free plan you may have already acquired stays free and untouched, as promised at your registration. :)
We also don't exclude offering some other free plans at some point in the future, if we can afford it.
Worth the price
Well in other countries like India its expensive to pay 50$+ month for 1 email address. So this service is really cheap and helpful. Also I tried other cheap email providers and there were issues with receiving and sending.

We also love constructive feedback helping us to improve. The initial password sent at registration is meant to be temporary, but there maybe better ways we could handle that. Perhaps we could force people to set their own password at first login, we'll have to think about this. A calendar/events feature would definitely be a neat addon too, we've actually started looking at how to implement that.
