Easy, fast setup
I was looking for a solution to have my personal email handled by Gmail. Their workspace was too expensive so I searched for alternatives and found people talking about postale.io on Reddit. I signed up and within 30 minutes my personal email was being forwarded to my personal Gmail account. It was easy and fast to setup and the price is the cheapest of other solutions I looked at.

Very quick and simple sign-up, great price
Very quick and simple sign-up. For similar services, I have to dig deep to find the full list of features and pricing. Here, it's very nice and exposed on the first page, plus you get to use the service itself for a whole month for free without even having to sign up! I was so confused, I just entered my domain, I got some DNS instructions and 2 minutes later I had my custom e-mail address and could send mail from it. Didn't even have to sign up with name, e-mail, enter a credit card or all that. That's a great way to sell a product!
Free month aside, they also offer a $1/month plan, unlike many competitors, which is perfect for hobby projects/testing things out.

Easy to configure, and has more options than I anticipated. Contacted support for a feature I wanted, and they replied with concise, personally written "how to" which I had working within minutes.

Very Impressed, But Missing a Feature
Great service, and very straightforward to set up. I usually have issues with speed when it comes to using RoundCube on shared host servers, but their instance is blazing fast. Their hosting admin panel neatly integrates with RoundCube quite nicely. Definitely going to be staying with this service for a while. The only thing that is a pain point is no native way to migrate existing emails from another service. iBrave had it, Zoho had it, as well as a few other email services. Postale.io recommends the use of a third party, but I am having issues with them.

We usually recommend imapsync for migration indeed, having had good experiences with it ourselves. Adding a native migration feature could certainly be an improvment though, in our quest towards increased ease of use.

I found the service very easy to use
I found the service very easy to use thanks to the step by step explanations. It was the first time I connected my domain to a email provider and all worked in the first try without issues. The possibility to have free trial and see how it actually works was great and plans are affordable for personal business that are just starting. So far great experience

Great service for a very reasonable price
Before postale I used my own server to run my email, but I decided to go with postale because it was so much cheaper. I was ready to have a really hard time setting it up, but it was super simple with a little knowledge of how to change DNS settings. So far postale has been fantastic, it gets emails soon after they are sent and I love the IMAP integration!
