It's a fantastic service
It's a fantastic service. I wish there were a few features that would make it a 5/5.
I wish I could send from an email alias.
I wish the Calendar & Contacts details could sync with my clients. It's hardly useful at this point causing me to have to use another service to handle contacts and calendar.

While it is correct that aliases currently can't send, the same thing can be achieved by creating a mailbox with a redirect. We're considering allowing aliases to send, but that approach has drawbacks that we need to handle carefully. In particular, we'd probably have to limit the number of aliases an account can have.
Our calendars and address books are based on the DAV protocol. Though DAV is one of the most commonly supported protocol for these features, some clients may not support it. Popular compatible clients include iOS/macOS's Calendar, OneCalendar, Thunderbird, and the Vivaldi browser for instance. If you feel like sharing, we'd be curious to know what client you are using.

Solid email provider
Solid email provider, but importing is slightly limiting.
I've been happy with the service but to import mail from G-Mail I had to manually split up my mbox files to import them due to the 100MB import limit. It's not a big deal for long term use but it was a little annoying. It's a very impressive service otherwise, especially for the cost.

Manually exporting and re-importing mbox files can be a painful process for large mailboxes, indeed. For such migrations we usually recommend an automated tool instead, such as the excellent imapsync, which copies an entire mailbox from one service to another with ease. Easy to setup domains, addresses & migrate email.
Only wrinkle found is that inbox is created when address added, but other folders (trash, junk, etc) not created until user logs in via web interface.
If it were not for this, I would have given 5 stars.

All folders should be created when the address is created, even if the address never logs in the webmail. We've just conducted a test and that's indeed what happens for us.
