At the time I ordered my mailbox, I was advertised an up to two week wait.
It's now been 11 weeks, several emails, and several phone calls without any replies or product delivered.
This company is clearly a scam, overcharging alibaba mailboxes by a fortune and swindling people out of money for products they have no intention of ever delivering. Will be reporting them to consumer protection.
Poor communication and fulfillment
As others have noted, they have given little thought as to accurate estimates for shipping. I ordered The Daily, which they said would take three weeks to ship. No problem, I knew that going in and they marked it on their site. I then decided after a few days to get the Malone instead, ordered it, and sent an email requesting cancellation of the Daily order, noting my upgrade! No response, even after their 1-3 business days request to respond to emails. In that time-frame of now 4 days, they have sent 6 marketing emails. Before you can say "it's probably automated", they sent an additional marketing email indicating an error in their Father's Day special, so clearly they have someone actively working on that and as such, have put more emphasis on promotion rather than actually fulfilling their orders. Their responses to other commenters suggest as a small business, they are having trouble fulfilling. Having a lot of orders is a good thing...so hire someone else to help!

It is now over 7 weeks from when my original order was placed. They took the money but no product. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to reach out to them and got a formula email back. I called got no response. I tried to post my TRUE story on their website as a review and they refused to post it saying it "didn't meet their criteria". A responsible company would set expectations and offer a refund. There's a reason why everyone is posting here. They won't post it on their own site. Totally unprofessional.

No mailbox two months later
It’s been almost two months and I have yet to receive my mailbox and mailbox numbers. The money was taken months ago … yet I have no proxy. I’m starting to feel like this may not be a legitimate company. Buy at your own risk! Will absolutely NOT be recommending to anyone.

Delivery Date Passed, Nothing Shipped
I ordered the Regular Malone Post-Mounted Mailbox lured by its attractiveness on May 23rd. I realized it is a small family business and there would be a bit of a wait. The Shop app notified me that delivery was scheduled for June 9th. I had appointments out of town, canceled a meet up after my appointments to rush home for my delivery. There was none. In fact when I used FedEx tracking they hadn't even received anything to ship. I was willing to wait but I resent the false information. I know P&P wants to grow its business, but all of this advertising when they are so far behind in production is not building a reliable reputation. The lesson for me is to always check with Trustpilot before I make any purchases. Will post when I receive my mailbox.

Delays and more delays
I am not even sure if they are legit. My mailbox is getting spammed with their marketing emails asking to buy their stuff. However, it has been over 3 weeks and they have still not delivered my order. Their customer service takes up to 3 days to get back to you with the same old excuse about being back ordered. Hey, why take new orders if you cannot fulfill the existing ones. Very unprofessional company with questionable business practice

Don’t trust Post and Porch
Post and Porch response to my review on their website after I tried to place a 2 start review when I found out my mailbox was not going to ship out to me for a month. Frustrated they are not an honest company. Buy at your own risk!

Promises, promises, promises
They advertise a lot and have nice looking mailboxes - but as far as I can tell they don't deliver the product. Always another week or two ... As of a week ago they created a label with Fed Ex for my order (which was expected to be delivered a couple days ago and had been ordered two weeks prior to that) except FedEx, a week later still hasn't received the package from them, Small company or not, that's not right. They should spend less on advertising and more on fulfillment imho.

Never received my item, they can’t be reached by phone as nobody picks up and voicemail is full. Unresponsive by email. Ordered a basic mailbox in March and it’s now June with no product received and nobody to help. Stole my money and ripped me off.

Lack of Communication- Never Received Order
My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I submitted a claim on May 9 and followed up with an email a week later, yet I have received no response…today is June 4th….and the claim has shown no progress or updates.
I spent over $100 and have received nothing in return. At this point, it feels as though my money was taken without the product ever being delivered, which is extremely frustrating and concerning. The complete lack of communication has left me with no confidence that this issue will be resolved.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Customer service appears to be nonexistent, and when a customer pays for an order that never arrives and receives no assistance afterward, it raises serious concerns about the company's business practices.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Its been a month since I ordered my mailbox and they keep telling me it is coming back in stock in 1-3 weeks with no communication. After i threatened to cancel they offered me 15% which I Accepted and they also have no given me that either. They don't answer their phone and delete comments on Instagram. DO NOT PURCHASE

Professionalism from Company Leadership
I rated this 5 stars because of the professionalism I received from the owners when I had reached out to check on the status of an order. My mailbox had been run over by a contractor’s truck, so I was in a bit of a bind.
Anyways, I felt Sam and co were quite professional. I am looking forward to receiving the mailbox, which I hear is of a high quality. It is currently en route and should be here within a couple days. Will update if needed but I have confidence in Sam and team.

I like so many people placed my order…
I like so many people placed my order over a month ago. Immediately got something saying it was on its way and then major delays ever since. I reached out to the company and they said that I can expect something to be done in the next 1 to 3 weeks. I have no other communication from them and very frustrated that this wasn’t communicated that the item was back ordered from the get go if that was the case. This is a company that obviously does not care about customers, but just about money if you care about customers the money will follow everything in life is relationship not just a dollar.

I am trying to determine when the POST of my mailbox will arrive. it is now estimated at over 6 weeks from when original order was placed (and at that time there was no notification of such a delay). I have the mailbox and a hole dug, but then was notified (only after asking and waiting for a reply) that the post could be 3 more weeks. You can't get anyone by phone, emails take days. Seems as if the company is growing (AND STILL ADVERSTISING FOR MORE SALES) quicker than they are staffed to keep up. Not a good business model for lasting success.

I believe I have been scammed by this company. I can’t get a hold of anyone, I ordered a mailbox nearly a month ago. It hasn’t shipped. They took my money and have had it for almost a month now. They have no way to contact them. This isn’t normal for an e-commerce business

Is this company a real company ? How can nobody pick up a phone OR return an email ? But they take your money pretty fast 😄 it’s very annoying and makes no sense these mailboxes are not cheap. Hire some people in Utah and offsite Customer Service. I should have read all reviews before ordering.

Worth the wait!
I am editing my review. I have now received the postbox and it is awesome. I would give five stars, however, as noted before my experience was frustrating.
Several issues contributed to this experience:
1. The website allowed me to order mailbox numbers without asking me to specify the color or font, creating confusion from the start.
2. A FedEx shipping label was created, giving the impression that my order had shipped, but FedEx never actually received the package.
3. The company was very responsive. However, in multiple email exchanges, I was given promised shipping dates that came and went without the product being shipped.
4. The company shipped the mailbox post separately, but I was still waiting for the mailbox itself. This left me in a difficult position because if I decided to cancel the order, I would have been stuck with a large post that would need to be returned.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that I continued to receive multiple marketing emails each week while my order remained unfulfilled.
I hope the company improves its order fulfillment process so future customers have a better experience. The mailboxes, however, are gorgeous and worth the wait!

Horrible customer experience
UPDATE: I finally received my order today and it was incorrect. This has been a horrible experience. I really wanted to update my review even though communication has been nonexistent. I understand this is a small business and they’re busier than expected. I’m all about giving second chances, but now I have to wait and hope I get the correct address numbers and it doesn’t take another month.
I placed an order on May 3rd and it hasn’t even shipped. The customer service is atrocious. I’ve gotten ZERO communication or update on my order. I received an email asking me to write a review on my order that hasn’t even shipped. The lack of customer service will negatively impact the success of this company. I had planned on order multiple other items, but I will give my business to a company that cares about the customer experience.

Beyond frustrated
I am beyond frustrated with this company! I placed an order in the first week of April and have received only a tiny portion of my order (which was hundreds of dollars). As others have said, there has been ZERO proactive communication letting me know of delays. I am receiving emails asking me to review products before they have even shipped. I completely understand delays are a thing-- but let your customers know!!! It's no way to build a brand or a company.
