I have never received my order. Multiple attempts to track the order with Post and Porch and the shipping company have not yielded any responses or answers. Their telephone mail box is full so no ability to contact them that way. I will have to fight with my credit card company to get a refund. Very disappointed.
So helpful over the phone. Just nice good people. Highly recommend!

I placed an order for two magnetic numbers back in August. It was a small order, so I expected to get it quickly. It is now mid-September and I don't have my order. I have emailed the company many times, but I get no response.
I ended up making magnetic house numbers with numbers, glue, and magnets from a big online store. They look great.

I bought a mailbox and post (along with other items) from Post&Porch last year, and I have to say that I think they are stunning looking. Modern and sharp... I really like them.
I recently noticed that the enamel on my post had chipped and it began to peel and rust. I snapped some pics and sent them to Post&Porch customer support. With zero further interaction, P&P found my order, with all my info, and sent a new post out the same day.
That was really incredible.

This company stole our product ideas and are marketing them as their own. We are the original makers of steel planters, plaques and mailboxes with magnetic aluminum numbers. We found out they even purchased from us a couple of times to look at our products and steal our ideas and fabrication methods. You won't find a lot of integrity here with this company and it's owners!
They sent me the wrong numbers for my mailbox and I have been unable to reach anyone in customer service. I ordered 1833 and received 0254. Seems like good quality but I need a response to remedy their error.
Should of checked the reviews , it took a month for all the parts to arrive, zero communication, NO PHONE NUMBER, pole arrived with paint flaking off before i even put it in the ground, ( In Illinois it will be a rusty POS by next spring) wrong mail box sent, wrong mailbox door, also paint coming off mailbox, my 30% discount CODE NEVER happened . Worst 500$ purchase in my 69 yrs, they wont last long with this business model and lack of taking calls, going to the bank to cancel charge if I don’t hear back from them !! And GET A REFUND !!
SCAM. I ordered two weeks ago and ups tracking still says they have not received my package for shipping. Multiple attempts to contact have gone unanswered. Going to try to get a refund through my credit card.
Post and Porch sent a UPS tracking number for the mailbox I ordered, but the UPS tracking said they never had possession of the package, which means it was not sent. After contacting support and never hearing back, I emailed once again to inform them I was disputing the charge. After that, they responded with simply, “It looks like this has been shipped out!”
I went ahead and disputed the charge, which Amex approved immediately. I realize now this is a common occurrence with this company after reading other similar stories. Either they have a severe issue with their shipping department, or they are not a legitimate company.
I placed an order two weeks ago and a label was created 8 days ago, but the item still hasn't been handed to UPS/actually shipped. I emailed the customer service email and haven't received any answer. I understand they are a small business and shipping may not be as fast as other operations, but this is just not cool to be so delayed and provide no communication.
I ordered 2 items 3 weeks ago now. The company sent no communication about the order but charged my card the full amount. After emailing them 4 times with no response, they wrote back that one of my items was delayed and my shipment would be sent in the next couple of days. Again, no word from them and now it’s been 3 weeks. I’m about to contest the charge with my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
