Fence-Aid, the company behind the Post Buddy fence post repair system was founded in 2010 by husband and wife, Wayne and Gaby Phelan. The family business based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, first began in the Phelans’ back garden when a broken fence post caused their fence to lean. Wayne did not relish the thought of digging out and replacing the damaged fence post. He knew that existing products on the market made for back-breaking, time-consuming work. Looking for a quicker, easier solution, Wayne, a former Development Project Manager, came up with new ideas on how to fix a leaning fence.……..and Post Buddy was born. Both Wayne and Gaby committed themselves to their new business venture and Gaby uses her experience as a PA to ensure Fence-Aid’s customers receive top quality service. Together Gaby and Wayne continue to grow and develop the company.

Duplicated order.
My laptop threw a wobbly and had me duplicating my order. I returned the surplus bits in accordance with PostBuddies' procedure and was refunded the excess without question.

Post Buddy
Used these previously to strengthen some existing loose fence posts very successfully. Some years later and following some heavy winds I noticed some others needed doing so immediately ordered some more.
Would use again as quick and easy to install and make an effective repair.

They do what they say they will do.

A simple but effective system.
A simple but effective system which repaired my rotten fence post easily. The post will need replacing eventually but this repair will do just fine in thr meantime.

Brilliant Solution
Arrived quickly. Clear instructions, easy installation and holds the post solid. Seems a stress free way to repair fence posts that are rotted just below ground level. My fence is feather board and arris rail, so alternative repair options were filling me with dread!

Post Buddy has saved my 50 metre fence…
Post Buddy has saved my 50 metre fence line. Various sections had suffered weather damage & degraded in their cement moorings, producing a horrible lean in the middle section. Several post buddies later corrected the issue to the point the fence is as strong now as 10 yrs ago. The colour even matches my fence paint! Bonus! Thanks for a great idea & product.

Super Product
I think that Post Buddy is a super product however a number of the screws that I also purchased, and these were supposed to be quality screws, were not up to standard, and that was disappointing.
