Recently had an awning fitted by Matt and Henry. They were extremely polite and efficient. Both took care when inside and outside our property, were respectful (eg removing shoes when coming inside), they asked our preference on the site of the awning in the desired space, explained instructions for use, and cleaned up when finished. I would recommend both to do a thoroughly great job! Five stars!

This was our second awning from Nationwide Home Innovations. We had one fitted last year over our bi-fold doors to try to cut the sun and heat coming into our living room as well as providing shade in our south-facing garden. We were so pleased with it (in this second summer of excessively high temperatures) that we decided to purchase another one to go over our kitchen window and continue the shade on our patio. As with last year, the whole process was very smooth. Barry came out again to advise us and was very helpful in assisting us to choose the right size of awning for the space. Everyone one in the office was very helpful and kept us informed along the way. On the day the installation itself was very smooth. Matt and Harry did a great job. They worked very quickly, explained how the awning worked (though we didn't need much education as it is identical to the other one!), and tidied up very well. Everyone in the office was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Our new awning was fitted yesterday by Matt & Harry - great job. Installation was completed efficiently with no fuss and no mess. Operation of new unit was explained clearly and was easy to understand. The awning itself is great - very pleased with end result.

Guys turned up within the “window” set to work without delay. 95 mins later we were being given instructions on usage. Only thing I don’t like is the gutter brackets, they’re a tad ugly, but as it’s a bungalow I’ll have to live with it. All in all we are delighted. Fingers crossed for some sunshine.

We had a Nationwide Home Innovations veranda fitted to the back of our house by Guy and Jordan 5-6 October. By all accounts this was a large project, which they completed on time and have done a superb job. Their expertise and attention to detail was impressive as was their willingness to ensure we were happy with all aspects the structure’s construction. Similarly they were at pains to ensure we were fully conversant with the screen operation and left the site spotless. We are grateful with the product and standard of work.

Late arriving because of traffic but they let me know. Once here Dean, Rhys and Luke worked nonstop. They were friendly, explained everything and suggested the best way. Once finished they showed how to work the awning. They cleared up afterwards and left everything as it was. Very good experience

Very professional, from the initial survey to installation.
Barry & Ross have done a lovely job on installing the awning. Looks like a very strong construction and closes very neatly. I was given a demonstration and they ensured I was happy.

We had excellent service throughout the process, from making the first enquiry about outdoor blinds (to reduce solar heat gain on our south-facing windows), right the way through to installation, which was done to a very high standard. We're so pleased with the final result, ready for any hot days next summer and an elegant, under-stated addition to our home.

Dean and Rhys were very friendly and polite. Work carried out promptly, and we were shown how the awning worked. We had made the assumption that the full detail of position had been transferred to fitters, but it was not quite where we wanted it, but our mistake in assuming.

Very pleased with the awning quality and professional installation. Installers were very courteous and tidy.
Sales person was over optimistic on the potential installation date. He advised us to move our outside light higher up the wall but the surveyor told us to move it back down!
