Great service and very quick to arrange installation

Barry & Ross from Nationwide Home Innovations installed two awnings on our balcony today.

They worked hard all day and successfully erected the awnings

So pleased with my awning, which has transformed my south facing outdoor space. The installation was seamless and the workmen left everything neat and tidy afterwards.

The Team of three fitters arrived to install the awning within the time frame allocated (Rhys Dean and Luke ). Very friendly welcome from Rhys worked tidily and swiftly, effective communication throughout the visit , straight forward process and installation. Pleasing result.

11 weeks in, still no awning and no one at nationwide is trying to help sort it

Delighted with the whole experience with Nationwide for our new pergola. The whole process ran very smoothly and the team were excellent with communications throughout. The installation itself was excellent - Guy and Jordan worked non stop and were a pleasure to have around. They kept us updated, checked if we had questions throughout and made sure we were completely happy before leaving. The pergola itself is fantastic and has transformed our outdoor space! Great quality and sturdy, with an easy controller for the louvered roof.

The fitting team (Matt and Harry) arrived promptly, very clear about what they were doing, good at problem solving and informing us of all the steps. We were also we were very impressed by Rob from
the sales team, very knowledgeable, helpful and delightfully ‘un pushy’ very professional service on all counts.

Just had an electric awning and an electric window blind fitted by Barry & Ross. They worked quickly and did not stop even when it rained. They were good at explaining how they worked, and cleared all the rubbish up afterwards. They even washed down the windows. Excellent job.

The result was very pleasant and successful. would recommend the company to anybody who is thinking about having one fitted. The whole process from the quote to the installation has felt extremely smooth. Initially, Duncan came to quote and it was evident he was looking for the best solution for my situation. A few weeks later, Rhys and his team of Dean and Luke came to instal. They were very friendly and professional - no problem was too hard for them - and all done with a smile. They came when they said they would and left the place as tidy as they found it. I have no qualms in recommending them to anybody who needs an awning.
