Very pleased with my new awning. The workforce were extremely efficient and helpful, they erected the awning quickly and without fuss.
One minor problem occurred because the brackets arrived the wrong colour finish, but we accepted them and they look fine.

We’ve just had a Nationwide Veranda fitted by Matt and Harry and couldn’t be happier with it.

From start to finish, they were really friendly, knowledgeable, tidy and incredibly efficient. The veranda feels really solid and well made, and the grey finish looks fantastic.

They took the time to explain everything properly, including how to use the blinds, which was really appreciated.

We’re absolutely over the moon with our new outdoor space. It’s made such a difference and gives us somewhere we can actually enjoy the garden whatever the weather. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nationwide as a company. Definitely worth every penny!

I would highly recommend Nationwide, from David who came out to quote, Matt the surveyor, all the office staff who kept us informed all along the way and last but certainly not least, Rhys and Luke who did a fantastic job installing it, they explained everything to us each step of the way and we couldn’t be happier with the awning. NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY - BE WARNED! This company sold rather expensive garage doors to my late father about twenty years ago. Over the years there were numerous issues with the doors that he emailed them asking them to resolve. After many going to and fros from our father and rather a costly price, Nationwide finally resolved them. Now, since our father passed away in 2024, the garage doors they installed are continuing to mal function. The doors are opening randomly on their own without us pressing the remote or control button for them to open! When I called Nationwide today asking to order and pay for a service to fix the situation they told me they no longer ‘have the capacity to handle anyone who is not under warranty’. PLEASE BE WARNED that if you are no longer under warranty this company will NOT be responsive to your request for service and will apparently have ZERO availability to help you unless you have an active warranty! All those years of loyalty from our father apparently counted for nothing. Shame on you Nationwide!

So far so good. The awning had been manufactured to the wrong size, so couldn’t be fitted, but Matt and Harry did a good efficient job with the verandah, and I look forward to seeing the completed project soon.

What lovely fitters we had come and do our awning this morning, Matt and Harry worked very well, did a brilliant job and made sure everything worked properly, they were very good at keeping everything clean and tidy, I would definitely recommend them to do a job.

From the initial visit through survey to installation, the guys at Nationwide couldn't have been better. Professional, helpful, patient and friendly. The installation team were the tidiest people I have ever had complete work. I am very impressed and very happy.

We want a retractable awning in a spot with rather limited available space. I called this company who transferred me to a sales advisor. We had a brief but useful conversation and she suggested I send details and a photo so that she could provide by return a guide price.
More than a week has passed; we have heard nothing!

I wanted to put an awning above a French door with restricted height. Nationwide were brilliant and the rep was very knowledgeable. He assured me that Nationwide could make the necessary bispoke brackets and all would be well. It was! The surveyor was excellent and amended our original choice which greatly improved the end design. The fitting team of Rhys and Dean were very efficient and polite when it came to the installation. Every aspect of the project was excellent and I am very pleased.
