We want a retractable awning in a spot with rather limited available space. I called this company who transferred me to a sales advisor. We had a brief but useful conversation and she suggested I send details and a photo so that she could provide by return a guide price.
More than a week has passed; we have heard nothing!

I wanted to put an awning above a French door with restricted height. Nationwide were brilliant and the rep was very knowledgeable. He assured me that Nationwide could make the necessary bispoke brackets and all would be well. It was! The surveyor was excellent and amended our original choice which greatly improved the end design. The fitting team of Rhys and Dean were very efficient and polite when it came to the installation. Every aspect of the project was excellent and I am very pleased.

Your staff arrived when they said thy would. did what thy were supposed to do, tidied up .

My wife and I are both over 60 and I have Myeloma (blood cancer). We spent rather a large amount of money and have got a verendah fitted by Nationwide Home Innovations. So far we have nothing but one problem after another. The whole structure was placed rather hurriedly. We have had to call them umpteenth number of times - the main locks did not function and our verendah faces the garden side so anyone can walk in. Besides, the door on the right hand side is fitted incorrectly leaving a huge gap, so when it rains, the water will come in. The joints between frames were fitted in an unstable way and their personnel had to put in adhesive. It also takes them so long for their customer service manger(s) to come back to us to arrange workmen to come and repair. Often workmen turn up late but sometimes much earlier than the appointed time. Our beautiful project has turned into a nightmare due to the use of poor materials, parts and incompetent craftmanship and to top it all a rather high-handed attitude from the managers towards us - 'we know better than you; we know our job'. Well, clearly not, otherwise we wouldn't have all these issues.

Ryhs and Lewis, we're both friendly and professional. They made sure everything was fitted securely and to my requirements. They didn't leave any mess at all. The awning appears sturdy and of very high quality. Im super happy with both the product and the team who assembled it!

From the initial point of contact Terry, to the office staff and the two professional and courteous fitters and the fact that we had thousands of fabrics to choose from and the competitive pricing I cannot fault the entire process of dealing with Nationwide. I'd heartily recommend them to anyone.

Great service from the start fitting was quick and efficient

This is the second awning that we have had installed by Nationwide Home Innovations; both of which have significantly reduced the temperature in our home, which has been particularly welcome during the current heat wave. The process from our first enquiry to complete installation was easy and efficient. The survey carried out by Terry answered all our questions and allayed all our concerns. Jordan and Cameron carried out the installation and were very polite, efficient and professional. We are really happy with the final result and would highly recommend Nationwide Home Innovations.

Be wary, if your awning stops working you will have to wait weeks for an engineer to come and fix it! We were given a date 3 weeks after the awning stopped working, thankfully the awning was retracted. I rang the day before the engineer was due to check on the time he would arrive to be told no one was coming due to sickness! I was told that I would have a call the next day or the following day to confirm a new date, guess what, no one rang, so I rang again to be told there were no slots available for another 3 weeks! So, 6 weeks from the initial call and in a heatwave! The awning wasn’t cheap, but in my opinion the after service is!

We had a visit from Terry, who came out to measure up and talk us through the product we were interested in. He was incredibly thorough and made everything clear and straightforward. Around eight weeks later, we received a call to arrange the fitting, and brothers Cameron and Jordan arrived to install the awning. They were fantastic, polite, professional, and efficient.

The fitting didn’t take long, and when they were finished, you’d never have known any work had been done. Everything was left spotless, and the awning looked like it had always been part of the house.

We highly recommend this company for all your awning needs.

I opted for a verandah originally, subsequently, after some months, changed my mind to an awning instead - turned out to be the perfect solution for my garden with no problems from Nationwide for changing the original order. Barry and Ross fitted it, with heater, nice, neat clean and efficient - top job

Great first home visit , explaining advantages of different products- e.g. awnings v external blinds. great choice of colours for blinds, measuring service was efficient, fitters very helpful.
Durign the heatwaves this summer , been an absolute boon.
