Gary Marshall was an excellent sales rep to work with who was able to give a lot of updated information as it became available (deliveries were in question due to Coronavirus), was able to ensure I got what I needed in a timely fashion and generally walk me through the process in a way that was helpful, not condescending, and I thought that process was great

Unfortunately, almost every step of the process was bungled in some way. While my account rep was responsive and helpful in the beginning phases when I had a hundred and one questions, when it came time for production, it was one thing after another.
I had a large backlit booth pop-up printed with an 8'x8' graphic. After sending over the artwork file and all the various color codes to match our official brand color, the proof still came back the wrong color. Their showroom is located in my city, so I was able to drive there and view the hard copy proof. Long story short, I drove to their store and back (an hour round trip) three days in a row to view new print proofs because the color was still not right. By the third day, it was still not exactly right but we were out of time, so we proceeded with printing.
The booth was for an event coming up very quickly, so I had a hard deadline on when I could receive the finished product. On that deadline, when I was expecting to receive finished product, I got an email asking if they could please have it to me the next day (as one of their printers called in sick). I had built in a small buffer so I agreed. On that next day, they informed me it would be delivered the NEXT next day. Despite many communications and email threads clearly stating (on both sides) the exact date I needed the booth, they still got it mixed up on their end, making them two days late. I was promised they would have it at my door at 8am that next day, as I had a shipper coming to pick it up at 10am to send it to our event. They did not arrive until 9am, giving me only one hour to learn how to set it up and check everything over before shipping it to the event. And as it turned out, when they printed our graphic there was a loose string on the printer, so there was the outline of a string on the graphic (they did immediately offer to reprint for us and have it shipped directly to our event, which they did do—the event is next week though so we haven't actually seen the reprint yet).
After all these issues, inconvenience, and stress, I politely asked if they could offer us a discount to compensate. To their credit, they did give us an additional 10% discount on the whole booth, which is appreciated. However, the manager indicated that they were also willing "waive the rush delivery fee" for having to courier it to us that morning, as part of our compensation. They were actually going to charge me for the rush delivery, when it was them who made it late, not me! I am flabbergasted that they were even going to consider charging us for that in the first place, but I just let it go at that point.
For a company who deals pretty much exclusively in branding and events (i.e. deadlines!), I am disappointed that it was so difficult to match our brand colors and receive the final product on time. I am guessing this is not the way most of their transactions go down based on their reviews, however based on my experience I don't believe we will be returning for any future booth or signage needs, and I can't recommend them to others.

Only wish the shipping case with a "plastic" buckle was metal or somehow protected. This type of closure often gets broken during common carrier shipment.
Will probably use UPS or FedEx to avoid that potential issue.
