I had to return a poster
I had to return a poster which was too large for the frame I bought. That process was quick and straightforward. When I contacted Posterlounge by email they responded very quickly.
I then bought another poster and frame and they arrived very quickly. The company obviously cares about customer service.

Lovely picture
Lovely picture, I am very pleased.
Only negative about the whole experience was the delivery. DHL seem to have got my address the wrong way round and left my package outside at another house down the road. Luckily I was able to track it and went to collect it. DHL said it had been signed for but the house looked unoccupied and I took my parcel from the doorstep. Not good at all.

Great
Great. Lovely canvas, nicely framed and safely packaged. Took a couple of weeks to be delivered - I hadn’t realised that products would come from Germany being sold on a site called posterlounge.co.uk (!)
