Shocking service—they ruin your items and then lie to blame you!
I ordered 4 posters, and one arrived completely ruined because their internal packing tape was stuck directly onto the face of the print inside the package. When I complained, an agent named Sabina H. admitted their tape caused the damage, but then refused a refund and threatened to ignore my emails.
When I called them out publicly, the company actually doubled down and lied, claiming I damaged the poster myself while opening it. This is total gaslighting. The tape was already fused to the print upon delivery. Opening it normally is what tore the paper because of their careless packing. I had to go to my bank for a refund.
Here is some of the email after a couple of back and fourths. The refund offer was after I received this. "We have already explained the situation and our position regarding your claim. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during the unwrapping process, and therefore, we will not be issuing a replacement or refund.
As we have nothing further to add, we consider this matter closed and will be closing this ticket. Any further tickets regarding the same issue will also be closed without further response."
Edit, UKPosters keep blaming me for their poor packaging. The tape was clearly stuck to the glossy finish of the poster. Please watch out for this lack of accountability if you need to deal with this company.

As stated in our previous response, based on the photos you sent us, the damage occurred while the poster was being unwrapped, not during transport. Nevertheless, we offered you a refund or a replacement as a goodwill gesture.
Your complaint has been closed for some time, and the refund was handled through your bank.
