Not delivered
Not delivered. Royal Mail had the item and sent it back and forth between depots for a week. I informed Royal Mail my address and was promised a reply but it never came. I believe the parcel is now on its way back to the sender. In the meantime I am out of pocket and will not recommend to anybody.

Lovely designs but returns impossible
Lovely designs, but make sure you order the right size because returns are difficult/impossible.
A t-shirt I ordered was too big and I tried to return it. I had to pay postage to return it to the Czech Republic. The parcel got to the customs office in the Czech Republic, and sat there for about a month, before being returned to me as unclaimed. So I have no refund and have wasted £10 on postage. At least I have the t-shirt back.
It's misleading to be called UK posters when the company is not in the UK. Also, misleading to say returns are possible when they are not.

Have ordered from this site twice. The first was for some posters for my daughter’s room. The second was for a couple of tv shirts ready for a Disney Florida trip. The posters were well printed and delivered safely. The t shirts were a good fit with quality print. Will be ordering again.
