The 3+1 promotion is applied when all the conditions of the offer are met. You need to have four eligible items in your basket, including at least one poster in standard quality that is covered by the promotion.
Once the conditions are met, the discount is automatically applied in the order summary below the products. The price of the free poster does not necessarily change to £0 directly next to the product – the corresponding amount is deducted as a discount in the order summary.
If the promotion conditions are met, you therefore receive the fourth eligible item free of charge.

Delivery times not accurate
When ordering from a site called UK Posters, I expect it to come from the UK. After almost a week, my order still hasn't arrived because it basically needed a European tour before arriving in the UK. It took 3 days from creation to even being accepted according to the tracking.
This is not stated on their delivery page. If I had known this, I wouldn't have ordered because I needed it by a certain date and due to its bouncing around locations for almost a week, I can't see it getting here by tomorrow.

The standard delivery time is up to 5 working days. The tracking information can also show the individual stages of the shipment before it reaches the UK, which is why the parcel may appear to travel through several locations.
We understand that you needed the order by a specific date, but the delivery timeframe provided on the website should be taken into account when placing the order.

Didn't realise the package would come from Czech Republic but for the distance it arrived very quickly. The two frames I ordered are good quality and the backing board retention is excellent, not those horrid little flat pin things. Also, order and transportation tracking was really easy. A shame other retailers aren't this good.
