It really wasnt clear that the periodic table poster which In ordered was written in French! In fact the description did not state this at all.
I have since had to order one from elsewhere written in English

Complete joke
Complete joke - their idea of delivery is to deliver to a 'parcel shop' 10 miles away!!
How am I supposed to get there? It's a 3 hour round trip by public transport (bus), at a cost of £6.
The receipt from them clearly states they will deliver to my home address. Even the 'General Terms and Conditions' on the email receipt state:
'5.1 Delivery options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the order process.'
The delivery address specified in the order process was my home address!! Not some parcel pick up point 10 miles away in the middle of nowhere!
But according to Posterlounge, the £6 I paid for delivery, actually just means its courier can choose to deliver it anywhere it chooses!
And this assumes the parcel will actually get here - it's been over two weeks, and it still hasn't arrived!
What a joke company - utterly useless.

Bad all around experience.
I ordered an item from what I thought was a UK based company, (later found out the item came from Germany)
The item wasn't shipped immediately and they only shipped it after I contacted them to ask about the delay, saying there was an unexpected delay, but giving no more information.
It has finally arrived today and it's creased. It's clearly be damaged before being shipped, because the outer protective tube is undamaged, so one of their employees has creased it and shipped it anyway, rather than replace it.
Not good enough.
