Perfect

Arrived promptly packaged perfectly to protect everything. The posters are beautiful and the mats/frames are a perfect addition to my room.

Delivery and customer service

My frames were supposed to be delivered january 4th, and there was a problem with the delivery that never came. I asked for a rescheduling and I am still waiting. Customer service is only by mail. I received as only answer that saying someone was going to call back. Still waiting, still no news. This is very annoying. Hope this company is not just a scam

I purchased two frames and only one was…

I purchased two frames and only one was delivered. I quickly contacted customer service about this - it has been a week and STILL NO REPLY. All I get is an automatic response thanking me for my patience. There is no other way to reach them besides email. They won't even let you leave a leave on their site (a huge red flag if you ask me). I have literally never experienced worst customer service. I am convinced they are never going to respond and send me my full order at this point.

Disapointement

I received my picture frame with the front window broken and the carton behind the picture broken too. I contacted posterstore and left them an email explaing my situation but haven’t had any follow up for 3 weeks. Terrible experience.

Frame and poster sizes did not match

I loved being able to have my personal print done with a frame to go with it! Saves me a lot of time and headache finding frames and whatnot. Does seem to be somewhat cheaper at the end of the day BUT i was pretty annoyed that my poster did not fit in the frame that I bought alongside my poster?? I had to cut the sides off to fit it inside the frame. I cannot for the life of me understand why that would be if they are sold to match eachother?

Great print quality

Great print quality. The only reason I held back on a star was because there were creases along the edges of the 2 larger prints. It likely is due to handling of it when rolling the prints up for shipping.

Otherwise, great.

Package was almost a week late arriving…

Package was almost a week late arriving the it was left at my garage door instead of the front door out the rain. Both posters were ruined. Took you guys a week to get back to me after I complained

Livraison en deux colis.
Tracking difficile à suivre pour 2 ième colis. Difficile de rejoindre le service à la clientèle, ai du m’y prendre à plusieurs reprises; pas de suivi du service à la clientèle. Finalement 2 ième colis arrivé.
Satisfaite des produits, confirme à mes attentes.

Feedback on Order #PS3947285

Hello,
I placed order #PS3947285 at the beginning of December for Christmas-themed posters, expecting to enjoy them throughout December based on the 6-8 business day lead time listed on your website. Unfortunately, the order only arrived on December 22nd, which is too late as Christmas decor will no longer be needed in just a few days.
This delay, combined with the lack of communication, is highly disappointing. I hope you can address this issue to ensure better service in the future.

I haven't received the order I placed on November 29th. Yet, it should have been shipped a few days after and I got the email that confirms Poster Store received it.
