Poster came in time for the holidays. It was securely wrapped in cardboard so no damage. Our daughter was thrilled.

Nothing came and a “glitch” happened
I never received my package and was told that my order had been cancelled due to a glitch in the system. I’m assuming they didn’t want to honor shipping to Alaska and just used a “glitch” as the reason.

No confirmation email
I loved my poster and packaging was great! The only reason I took a star off was because I literally never received a confirmation email after my purchase so I had no proof I bought it, and I wasn’t able to track when it would arrive.

There was a mix up when I ordered and the system told me out of stock so I purchased a similar item on a different website. The product ended up coming and I was charged for it. When I contacted customer service they were able to help with a return. It was a great experience overall.

Good customer service.
I had ordered a wrong size. Customer service was able to cancel the order right away. The charge on my credit card was canceled. When I received the posters I ordered, they were perfect.

We did some updating in our kitchen and…
We did some updating in our kitchen and ended up with a blank wall space. I flipped through your posters and saw the Positano lemons. It reminded me of our trip to Italy. The colors are perfect and came in all sizes. I put it in a black frame and love it!
