HORRIBLE AGENCY! They destroyed my email account
I'm a small business owner who hired Postman Agency to manage my Klaviyo email marketing. It was one of the most costly mistakes I've ever made, and I mean that literally.
During their time managing my account, they made a series of serious errors: mass-suppressing subscribers who never opted out, sending to contacts they shouldn't have, and leaving my account in a state of disarray I'm still cleaning up years later. I lost over 90,000 subscribers, people I had spent years and real money building relationships with through organic growth, ads, and pop-ups. That list was one of my most valuable business assets. It's gone.
Today, 74% of my Klaviyo database is suppressed. My active list dropped from over 100,000 to under 34,000. The revenue impact is impossible to fully quantify, but it has affected my business every single day since.
When I asked for a refund, they refused. I escalated to a chargeback with American Express. I lost that too. So not only did they damage my business significantly — they kept every dollar they charged me while doing it.
