Outstanding support and I'm on the free version! I got an error notice from Post SMTP but there were no errors in the smtp log. I asked the plugin authors for support. They explained the error to me, and why it was not showing in the report. This gave me the ability to gather recent web form entries and give them to the site owner as she might have missed some email deliveries. I never would have known were it not for this plugin and the support I received. 10/10 recommend.

After purchasing PostSMTP Pro and facing some incompatibility issues with other plugins I asked for help and I was impressed by the awesome and rapid support given by M Aqib Khan to solve the issue.

Extremely professional attitude when I had a problem.

I first tried Post-SMTP years ago and stepped away, mostly due to my own limited understanding at the time. I’ve recently returned, upgraded to the paid version, and the experience has been outstanding. I had a minor authorisation issue with my mail provider and the support team handled it with absolute precision. Their response was fast, detailed, authoritative, and genuinely helpful. I followed their guidance and had everything running within minutes. The plugin performs exactly as it should and the support behind it is first-class. Five stars well earned.

I've been using this plugin since its original inception as Postman, and as far as I'm concerned, it's always been the gold standard of plugins like this.

Several years ago, the plugin was acquired and is now run by I believe it's WP Experts. Since then, the reliability and features have improved, and I'm now a happy paid (Pro) customer with plans to continue being so into the future.

The support is also very responsive and very helpful. They've been able to resolve issues quickly whenever they've popped up, which is far and few between. With our most recent issue, which I think has only been the second one in three years, Aqib Khan was my support rep. Friendly and very responsive.

I have been using the plugin for many years on multiple websites and it has worked flawlessly. The free version has very powerful features like secure Google API integration for SMTP only access, email logging which helps greatly when troubleshooting email issues. The support is also great and timely!

The best SMTP plugin in my opinion. Great backend UI with logging and resend function. I have been using the plugin for many years, I tried other plugins too, but this is the one.
