The food was not hot when it arrived. This was especially inconvenient, since our microwave broke that morning and we didn't want dishes tonight. (the main reason we ordered out). The delivery was at the far end of the time window, which I suspect contributed to the low temp on the food.

No customer service when order took over 2 hours because they had an issue with the vard supplied to the driver.

The meal arrived ICE cold, meaning the mashed potatoes were as hard as a rock,the meat juice was leaking in the bag.
Your delivery people should have some way of keeping items warm especially when people aren't that far and also learning how to keep meals that might leak upright. This was the most awful delivery I have ever had!

We had decided what we wanted and had a coupon.
I selected the items (for 3 people) and I had a coupon... i tried to use the coupon but it wouldn't take it (nor display the discounted amount). On the third try it said, "you've already used this coupon twice." Since it was my first time using Postmates in quite a while I knew it had counted the unsuccessful attempts. I ordered the food anyway since we'd reached that point in the process but It cost me much more than it should have with the coupon. I will just go back to my usual Food App.

Ordered from Taco Bell who did not include my dessert with my meal, in the middle of the night after working all day. Postmates “decided” that Taco Bell had provided all my food, despite the clear image that I posted immediately after receiving it, displaying that there were not the correct number of items. They literally stole from me. I ordered something, didn’t receive it, and they believe that it is acceptable to simply lie and steal from customers apparently. This is not the first time this has happened with this app. I have been experimenting with several apps for months, and UberEats/Postmates is 100% the worst delivery app currently. The most expensive with the most problems. Don’t waste your money. Every time you order from Uber Eats/Postmates you’re risking half your order not arriving and no guarantee of a refund.

Horrible service. Over an hour late and food was cold and inedible. Had to throw it away. No refund but I won't ever return and recommend people try elsewhere.

Driver was not friendly, drove across town to a restaurant that I have near me. Food was cold, inedible and I'm extremely unhappy. Can't refund so disputed it and hope my card removes it.

Better food services out there.

Also uber eats is their sister site. Stay away from them too. I won't continue those sites. They are horrible.

The company was very helpful and did well. They addressed my needs and fixed and rectified a problem that arose swiftly and professionally.

Too long so long for the food to come it was a mess the mushrooms were cold and soggy couldn't eat them the chips were soggy the ice cream was completely melted in the dessert it was like a complete waste

Customer service is rude. They are such a joke.
Postmates used to be great. They would help and assist when issues arose.
Now, they are curt and ignore everything.
I have a delivery person that disappeared with my order 3 hours ago. No food, no refund, no customer service.
How is this acceptable? This is such a fraudulent way to run a business. UNACCEPTABLE

Delivered on time and packaging great however I did not receive a delivery alert

Prices were alright and being a delivery driver myself- I’m always trying to budget money and felt prices were high for 3 piles of wood. Secondly, I’m happy with my drivers timely delivery. 🚚 I’m not going to try and use this system again because I’m a delivery driver with UberEats myself and I’ll get in trouble if I do.

Good deals, food was fresh, a decent portion and tasty. Delivery was smooth.

Original Mels made me a killer sandwich! The food was really good.
Where I have issues with Postmates is that when I originally ordered, I didn't have an opportunity to put the order on a new credit card. After searching, the website stated I could change the charge method AFTER delivery.
The next morning, my bank account debit card showed I was billed twice. That was after I had a website confirmation that the billing was changed to my new credit card.

The driver didn't follow instructions and put the bag on my porch and rang the bell. He/she was turning the car around on the street when I opened the door.

I will not use Postmates again.

We are repeat customers. The food has always been superior, delivered hot, and delicious with large portions. This is my favorite restaurant in the area.

It has been raining here, and yesterday afternoon we were having some pretty hard rain. I had injured myself in a fall Saturday night and couldn’t do much of anything. I hated asking someone to go out in this weather, but I didn’t have food in the house and hadn’t eaten anything all day. I ordered some fish and chips from Culver’s, and it gave me the latest delivery time of 4:45.

The first driver who was assigned to my order was a woman who rode a bike. I felt HORRIBLE that she would be out in that rain period. Culver’s is a bit of a ride to where we live and the main road goes by the mall. I went to cancel my order and somehow, it was assigned to a new driver named Richard. I could see where the restaurant was remaking my order and Richard delivered it right on time. Well done!!👍🏼

Bad policies and business practices. Wrong credit card in and needed to change payment method. It says online that one has to cancel the order and reorder so I did and now they neither want to give me the money back nor my order that I still want. Complete idiocracy and they just steal the money without ever providing a service! Cancelled my membership and will never order again and I order thousands of dollars a month for a company too. Won’t support companies that steal from people!

It was great! It was a coincidence that I know Jerry, the delivery person for many years.

I ordered through postmates because I am disabled. I ordered Tom's Tailgate.. service was great and food was great.
