Postpack Reviews

Great service !!

Fast delivery

I had a box custom made for my daughter's electric piano. To the millimeter, amazing! And not even expensive.

I only ever use the foam lined slider boxes to post framed art and have never had a breakage. My orders arrive quickly and customer service is very helpful. Highly recommended.

The parcel was left on the doorstep of a business and was therefore stollen that evening.
Useless shipping

Delighted to receive our 'on brand' purple boxes from Postpack to deliver our family history binders to our clients. Great service. Good price. Thank you Postpack! Family Wise Ltd

This review should only matter if you live in Scotland. It does not matter how good is your product if it does not reach the buyer. Bought some boxes for moving a house, paid extra charge to got them in 2-3 working days. Never got them (i write this review 10 working days after placing the order) because the delivery company has not delivered it yet, dedpite being in their depot. Terrible choice of delivery company that ruins the perception of the buyer. Will never use this company again.

Easy website and checkout. Fast delivery and great boxes. Will certainly order from here again.

Paid for next day delivery but parcel didn’t arrive. Carrier didn’t deliver until following day.

Order never arrived so replacemwnt sent immediately. Good quality products.

Very useful custom size packaging delivered when they promised.

The service was quite good. I ordered one telescopic box for a painting. I didn't mind the price because I know they tend to be pricey, so all was fair in that department. Unfortunately the flattened box arrived with several dents and punctures on the side. I think maybe a couple sheets of cardboard to line the box it was shipped in would've been enough to protect it. I'm sure a bulk order on my part would've helped also, but at this time, I only needed one box of this particular size...so protecting the merchandise a bit more would've been appreciated.

Package arrived on time.

Well packed

Great online service!
Will definitely order again.

Thank you so much for my order, the size was so perfect for what I needed. Really nice to find so many different sizes. I bought regular brown boxes but browsing your site, I fell in love with the coloured boxes so I'm already thinking of creating a new product just so I can use them!

paid for next day delivery and after waiting a week I called and canceled now waiting for refund

easy to find what your looking for and fast delivery thanks from Lone Wolf Mountain Coffee

All delivered on time, good quality and priced very competitively. Would use again in future!

Exactly as promised, what more to say!

Unfortunately the supplier was unable to supply what I ordered and Postpack didn't inform me until 8 days after I placed the order resulting in me rushing around looking for this product elsewhere. Thankfully I found a company that could supply what I wanted and offered next day delivery.
