POTR designs and manufactures a range of flat pack, self watering plant pots and vases made from post consumer waste. Our products utilise a unique flat pack design which drastically cuts the carbon footprint associated with transport and delivery while ensuring customers never miss a delivery thanks to our letterbox packaging. The range is designed from the ground up with a holistic approach to sustainable design as the core requirement. The weight and volume saved compared with shipping a traditional, fragile planter equates to a carbon footprint reduction of roughly 100 times with this change alone. Combine this with minimal material usage (approx 90% less than a traditional pot) and use of recycled materials, this results in one of the most sustainable products of its type on the market.

LOVE my Potr pots. Was given a couple as a gift and they are so stylish and practical and the fact that they are made of recycled material is a huge added bonus as far as I am concerned. The origami design is ingenious!
I liked them so much I bought a couple for a friend. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong sizes but Potr were very happy and quick to amend order and refund the difference. Top marks.

I absolutely love my POTR pot, I bought my pot at the Chelsea flower show and I am so happy I did. It is a new invention from a good Scottish company, love it!
I ordered 2 of the vases as I had bought the plant poults before, but when they arrived, they didn’t look quite as good as the pics on website, so I decided to return. I have a tracked return and Potr have received my return, but they have not given me a refund and are not answering emails or messages. Impossible to get hold of to get my money back!

As a small team running a young startup, we work hard to manage every part of the process ourselves. Unfortunately, at the time of your order, we were experiencing some operational pressure, and this led to a delay in processing your refund. That said, this isn’t the level of service we aim for, and I completely understand how frustrating that wait must have been.

Company are unable to communicate. Had zero comms for weeks with regards to an issue I had for the product. When they finally responded I confirmed I was returning the item. Item has been returned for weeks now and no refund issued. Not responding again.

I received two of these plastic pots as Christmas gifts and do not recommend them. In principle, the wick works, but the wicks provided are so short that they barely reach the soil in the pot. These are made of recycled plastic, but to call them sustainable because of this is a far stretch of the imagination. My advice would be to stick with a traditional terracotta pot or similar, which is far more aesthetic, durable and 'sustainable'. These don't look like they will last very long.
What an incredible company, and a winner of the most sustainable product at Chelsea 2024. Beautiful, simple, quality, graphic, and very practical. I ordered a range of pots from POTR in colors and sizes and just so perfect to post to my friends with plant vouchers. Gifting with this company makes you feel good. This world needs more plants. More colours for next season, and how could you not resist going back!
I bought a pot at the Chelsea flower show and wanted more to give as gifts for friends. Was disappointed when they didn't arrive on the due delivery date. Contacted the company and was impressed by the customer service. Pots now arrived -thank you !
I bought several of these pots at Chelsea flower show, loved the fact that they were totally sustainable and should provide constant water for house plants.
To be honest they took a little bit of time to build, although the video was helpful.
My main gripe is that two of the wicks have already completely perished. I have contacted the company on their online form and weeks later still heard nothing so I can't rate them highly as all I am left with is an expensive plastic pot!
