Not worth it
Bought the “canopee” used it for less than a week and it was falling apart, they refused to even exchange it. The grass they supplied was half dead when I got it. Not worth it.

After reviewing the photos you shared with our support team, the damage was isolated to the underside of the canopee where the tray sits, and it looks like it may have been caused by the tray being dragged across the fabric, or the whole tray and canopee being dragged together. The top of the canopee, which provides the actual coverage and protection for the grass was completely intact and fully functional.
The canopee is a lightweight, portable shelter (similar in material to a pop-up beach tent) and, like any fabric product, it isn't built to withstand abrasion or dragging. This type of damage falls under general wear and misuse rather than a product fault, which is why we were unable to offer a refund or exchange.
As for the grass quality, this wasn't raised during your correspondence with us. We always encourage customers to get in touch promptly about delivery issues so we can resolve them quickly.

I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Potty Plant. We used it for our 17-year-old pug/Jack Russell mix during her last six months, and it made such a difference in her life—and ours. The plastic box was easy to clean and carry, and we received fresh grass every week as part of our subscription. She took to using it right away, mostly for peeing, and a few times for pooing when we couldn’t get her down the stairs fast enough due to Zoom meetings.
At night, when she could no longer handle stairs, the Potty Plant was a real blessing. I would guide her onto the grass, and most times she’d piddle before going back to bed. Occasionally, she’d just walk on the grass and walk off again, but after gently guiding her back, she would do her business. I think that might have just been her little mind slowing down.
We put her to rest three days ago, and I am so grateful we had this solution to make her last months easier. It saved us from late-night trips outside and gave her a sense of independence. I highly recommend Potty Plant to anyone with an elderly or mobility-challenged pet.

Potty Plant is great for apartment living. Website is easy to use to makes changes. I always receive clear communication about delivery and the delivery driver was great. He always carried upstairs for me and I can't thank him enough.

A must for apartment puppies
The potty plant quickly helped my pup distinguish his area to ‘toilet’. It took 48 hours to train him and we haven’t had an accident since. This is a must for apartment dogs. The customer service levels are also some of the strongest I have ever experienced

Great service and great product. My greyhound took a little while to get used to it, but once she did there was no stopping her.

Convenience and maintenance is tops and a company who is easy to deal with and our dog( who was a puppy when we started) used it from the start without fail from 8 weeks of age. Perfect for apartment living in fact we found it a necessity as we are over 70. Top marks from us.
