Genuinely fantastic service, great value worth the money. Helped me potty train my puppy. The grass was always healthy and fresh and delivered on time. Highly recommend.

18 months and best ever
I started with potty plant to train my puppy, but I found it such a convenience to have permanently for the last 18 months. Those days when it was raining., late nights, 90% of the time my dog went outside, but for that 10% of the time it was just such convenience. Amazing product, don’t know what I would’ve done in the last eight months without it.

Great concept but super hard to replace …
Pup love the grass and easily trained on it. However my biggest pet peeve is how difficult it is to replace the grass without breaking my back each time. Highly recommend if they can come ready in the cardboard for us to pop straight in the box and throw it out easily.

If not, we do offer a Premium Grass Delivery service in Sydney where we come and change the grass for you so you don't have to lift a finger!
We back the Potty Plant concept and design so strongly and believe nothing else works as efficiently. We’ve tried and tested the Potty Plant system thousands of times and the success rates of toilet training and toilet management are huge! The unique Potty Plant design allows you to have real grass for your dog to use indoors without mess or stench. Take away the Potty Plant tray and you’re left with grass that is exposed and unable to contain pee which will create more mess! Cardboard can leak or needs harsh waterproofing chemicals, and it is also a perfect target for dogs to rip up. The Potty Plant protects the grass and keeps it in place for your dog to use it for its intended purpose.
We do appreciate your feedback, however, and we are always looking for ways to improve our service. We currently have something in the mix that would solve this issue for you!

Worse smell than the plastic cheap alternatives
With all the amazing reviews I thought this was a no brainer. However after 5 days the grass became rancid and sour smelling even though it was kept dry and in a well ventilated area. It was inside in our apartment and I didn’t water the grass ever nor was it ever rained on. It smelt the place out so bad I had to put it outside and change it out for the good old Kmart ones we had been using previously. For the cost $235 plus $30 a week, it was a huge expense that I now need to pay for postage back to get only a partial refund. Whilst the customer service was polite and responsive I still had to pay for a final grass delivery even though I canceled due to poor product performance. Would not recommend.
The below response to my review is a blatant lie. I never sprayed my grass and the customer service team didn’t know why the grass smelt so bad as I had done everything correctly” they did not make any suggestions nor were they “ Eager” to resolve the problem aside from saying that the next grass should hopefully not have the same issue.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. We did advise against watering the grass when you told us you were spraying it as excess moisture will prevent it from absorbing pee effectively, resulting in a smell. Our team made several suggestions to help resolve the problem, and we were eager to assist you in finding a solution.
It's worth noting that we are in our 8th year of operations and this issue arises when the grass is overwatered or rained on. If your Potty Plant is placed indoors, we do not recommend watering it at all.
Unfortunately you cancelled your last grass after our cut-off, and it had already been harvested and prepared for you, so it was too late to provide you with a refund as per our terms of service.
Obsessed with Potty Plant
Obsessed with Potty Plant! Have been a loyal customer for over 2 years now and my Smudge (Shih Zhu X Terrier) loves :) it has made apartment living so much easier and the aesthetic fits perfectly on our leafy balcony. The ease of set up and cleaning is fantastic and I have recommended the service to all of my dog owner friends! 100% will be continuing on with Potty Plant for years and years to come :)

Is the absolute best thing ever! We have a doggie door that they can use at anytime and the potty plant is on the balcony. I love it!!! No smelly mess to contend with. It’s very easy to switch out to a new one. I can’t recommend it enough. Happy trails.
