Great products, but clarity on delivery times would appreciated.

I was asked if I would like to recieve a free bundle in exchange for a review and I opted in. The bundle contains a fat quarter, interfacing, three 9" zips, three trims, safety pins and a packet of needles.

I had to wait some time for this, but was happy to wait and save £10. I haven't tried the interfacing yet, a very light one, and am not sure if it is iron on or not but it is still useful. I can use everything, but not in one project as nothing goes together but this was not mentioned so is also not a problem. The quality of everything seems perfectly good, and I'm happy to have been offered this bundle for nothing.

I ordered two other fabrics at the same time which were part of another offer and I am also happy with these, although I haven't washed them yet. I've used this company before and am always pleased with the price and quality, the only issue being the fairly slow delivery. You will wait between two and three weeks for your goods, possibly longer.

I'm absolutely happy with fabrics, with prices, with wrapping, with customer service.

I like this website because their fabric is great quality at a very reasonable price.

Love all the material that I buy from here, my hands just won't go quick enough to stitch it all up.

Always get good fabric

The order took over 10 days to dispatch and only seemed to dispatch when I chased via email. When the order arrived I was not sent the same fabric as I ordered. When I sent a email to customer services it took them days to reply and said that because the original fabric was "out of stock" a replacement was sent. I had 0 communication from them asking if I even wanted a replacement. My mum placed an order at the exact same time as me for different fabrics and has had the exact same issue so this isnt a one time occurrence. When I asked what changes were going to be made to to order processing so both the shipping delay and wrong fabrics being sent doesnt happen again and that was simply ignored. Will not be ordering again.

The cushion cover panel is very pretty and good quality. It's nice to have the backing fabric and zip all in one place. I've bought from this supplier before and always very happy with products and service.

I ordered 12 days ago and my order hasnt changed from confirmed, starting to think this is a scam website.

It’s now been a week since I placed my order, postage cost is not cheap mind, I’ve sent an email and used their contact form and received no reply whatsoever.

The fabric I've received are very good quality, I'm loving the beautiful variety of patterned material.

Random box of sewing items fabric ribbon pins, interfacing needles reasonable quality cotton fabric. Items sent in plastic bag which fitted through letterbox, I thought this was well thought out
Would have expected more than one piece of fabric, having seen pictures on website although large piece of interfacing will be useful.

Pound A Metre is always good value for money. A wide range of fabric to choose from at great prices. Never had a problem with them

I placed two orders for two lots of different materials one day apart and on receipt of both parcels there was only one item in them. Ive tried many times to contact the company via email and phone, but no one gets back. Very disappointing and will not recommend or place any future orders again.

Great quality fabric and a good range of colours. Can be used straight away as a scarf or head scarf or cut as either an underlay or overlay in dressmaking project.
