Delighted with the quality of the cotton I received. The only downside was that the colours weren't quite as I expected, but this may be due to the colour settings on my laptop.

Great fabrics, well priced. Also, sorted a delivery issue out really quickly. My parcel was delivered via a courier with the end cut open and an item missing, Pound a Metre gave me a refund straight away even though it was clearly the couriers fault. Super service. Many thanks

I received no update on the status of my delivery and after emailing and completing the online form, I received a notification 2 days later to say it was dispatched. When received, I was missing 2 fabrics I had ordered and competed the online form again. It has been a week and still no response. Although the fabric I have received is good, I will not be using this company again since I am missing 2 fabrics with no communication with why.

Dreadful products which weren’t as described, (3 items) very slow delivery, poor customer service. Bad experience all round.
