This was a brilliant service starting from when I phoned to ask for a ring to be put by, when I couldn't locate the shop, member of staff came to meet me, then the service given whilst there

From the moment we walked in our experience was unlike any of the other 6 jewellery shops we had been in that day. The jewellery was stunning but all very different pieces. The staff were amazing and especially Orla.

Great staff

I was on the search for a Sapphire ring and once I looked into this particular jeweller's in Chester well I saw what I was looking for.
I went into the shop and was warmly greeted by ‘Terri’. As soon as I mentioned the ring she kindly asked me to show her the one I had my eye on and she’ll let me have a look at it.
As soon as I held it, I knew it was for me. Terri even let me have a look at it in the daylight and walked me out on to the row.
I bought the ring and included in the price I could have it sized to my finger, it only took a day for them to do it.
Communication was great and I was absolutely made up with the whole experience and even my sister returned in hope of finding something for herself.

I’ve used Greg and now his son Will for many years and it is priceless to have honest and trustworthy advice. I buy with confidence, knowing I am getting genuine jewels and value for money. My daughter has just received a stunning vintage engagement ring this month and they could not have been more thoughtful, genuine and gave them a wonderful experience in the beautiful Lowe’s shop on The Rows.

It is a lovely family business and has a range of prices and pieces to choose from. Really the best place to go for vintage jewellery in Chester! Located in a central location, and the brilliant green backgrounds in the window makes all the jewellery shine. The staff members are all very friendly and professional In there job.
