Hi, thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry the order didn’t go smoothly for you.
Your order was placed on 28 September, dispatched the following day, and delivered on 3 October, so we’re confident it was processed and shipped promptly. We haven’t had any contact from you about this order, so we weren’t given the chance to put anything right before the review was posted. We’d much rather have helped directly.
As we ship from the UK, import VAT and duties are charged by customs in the destination country, so they’re outside our control. We appreciate that wasn’t as clear as it could have been at checkout, and we’re looking at that.

Amazing service
The watch strap was tracked with the post office and for what ever reason didn’t arrive as expected on agreed date.
Martyn at watch strap was amazing and sent a replacement straight out.
The strap is part of a gift for a birthday and Martyn was so prompt the service was fantastic and the watch strap fits perfect, looks amazing and the quality is fantastic.
The guys there were great with communication and I can’t recommend them enough.

Smart, good value watchstrap, and a good colour match for what I wanted. l only received one pin so had to get a second from a jewellers, otherwise would have given 5stars. Very prompt delivery.

First purchase will buy again
Watch straps ? £100 handmade or £9.99 from Amazon. I decided to try this site instead .I brought a short leather plain black strap for my sons Seiko and a Blue leather "Lizard" for an Oris . Both needed to be 18mm one needed silver the other gold buckles .I did not go high end on my first purchase. Very decent for the modest price I paid. I will have a good look for some upgrades on existing straps I have .

Very good quality Garmin 945 watchstrap…
Very good quality Garmin 945 watchstrap replacement, flap stays in place very well, quick delivery. Only issue was it came with one T6 torx screwdriver bit you need two to remove it
