DO NOT ORDER INTERNATIONALLY!

* Order placed from UK to Belgium.

* Shipment blocked by customs: incorrect value declared (too low), wrong product classification, and/or shipping costs not properly covered > €30 unexpected charges requested by Belgian customs/post.

* Customer service initially responded but then stopped replying for 14+ days despite multiple follow-ups.

* Parcel was refused by me and returned to the UK on June 2.

* Requesting a refund due to failed delivery and lack of support (they did not offer to resend it correctly). After a another week I received the refund.

I am very happy with my new watch strap. Having been unable to find a quality tan leather strap in the extra length in local retail outlets and watch menders where 14 mm choices (but not tan) were all £24 upwards my little strap was comparatively great value at £16 hence an instant click ! The buffalo leather is good quality and nicely stitched with a classic gold buckle. Always a good feeling finding a retailer offering quality AND good value. A happy customer !

This company is legit. After two weeks, they responded and didn’t hesitate to refund me in full. 🤩😎

Avoid this company. I ordered a strap that arrived exactly as described, but unfortunately I didn’t like how it fit on my wrist, so I returned the item via Royal Mail to their PO Box address.

Despite providing sufficient proof of return, WSS claim they have not received the item and have refused to process my refund. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise being cautious when ordering from this company if you end up not liking the product, you may struggle to get your money back even after returning it.

I also chose to pay through Klarna because I thought it would make the return and refund process easier, especially as I wasn’t certain I’d keep the item. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case.

Very disappointing experience overall. I would recommend avoiding this company.

Great communication and great quality products.

The open ended watch strap I bought is of good quality and right size. However, sticking down the loops has been difficult as they are quite stiff and having failed to glue them down, I have had to ask a jeweller to do it for me. He is finding it difficult because of the 'build up' of glue (for which I am responsible). It would be a shame and annoying if I have to end up buying another strap.

WSS service was spot on - fast and efficient.

Royal Mail took forever to deliver the package and then one side had been opened.

Excellent service, purchased a strap last year and unfortunately it broke, emailed WSS and they sorted me out the same strap and was delivered within 2 days . Can’t fault the service.

Ordered a strap, to which the Royal Mail tracking number was not working. Emailed them and got a reply from "Martyn" from customer services who said this exactly and reassured me:

"Hi Sean,

I’ve also checked the tracking and can see an issue with Royal Mail. I’ll raise the issue now and get to the bottom of it.

Please don’t panic as we’ll get this sorted"

I placed the order on 5th of April, he sent me that reply on the 8th of April when I mentioned I never received the item and the tracking info was not working.

Since then, I have NOT received my strap, and since that email where he assured me to sort this out, I have sent 4 follow up emails asking for a refund as the strap has never arrived. All of which, has been met with silence.

This company has taken my money, not sent any proper tracking info, the product has not arrived, and they are totally ignoring any emails I have sent (they don't have any phone numbers to call them with either which is handy).

Total scammers and I would stay away from these. Not sure I will ever get my money back that they are just holding hostage.

The straps are fine,but, too short!

Within about 15mins of the order for my two watchstraps I received a 'dispatched' email, saying it was sent by Royal Mail 1st class mail. Obviously I didn't expect Royal Mail to deliver on time, they've been pretty useless in recent times. However, first thing the next morning, there were the watchstraps. Thank you WSS and, I have to admit, Royal Mail post too, they surprised me!

As advertised and on time, which is important for a watch strap!

The watch strap link came apart after two days of wearing and the Apple watch came off and dropped to the ground, fortunately without either damage or loss. This was not a cheap watch-strap.

So - I reported the problem in a review response and also to their customer service contact point. Several working days have passed and so far no acknowledgement, or response, from them.

The link in question is, in my view, of an inherently insecure design, so I replaced it with a standard Apple spring-bar arrangement and it’s now fine.

The product and service were impressive.

With those kind of enthusiasm, I’m looking forward to come back and visit WSS again.

First class service and an excellent strap which was exactly what I was looking for. Looks good, feels good.

The strap arrived promptly, however it is already showing signs of wear at the end.
