Dean was the Sales person that dealt with my query a fortnight ago and assisted me with purchasing a new hob for my tenant this morning 29/7/22, And let me tell you about how great Dean is. I don't know where to start. From great customer service, great attitude, quick responding, answering all of my questions, he helped me to understand everything accurately with no hesitations and sent me all of the documents via email and WhatsApp as promised.I spoke with Dean at 10.10am this morning, by 10.40am he had a fitter ready to install the hob for my tenant.. now what more could you want than that??? 👏 10/10 Service with a smile.

Was really happy with the service I received. Communication was fantastic and prices were more than reasonable. Very happy and will buy from again.

Having managed to track down the exact same model of my discontinued kitchen Aid oven (the only one in existence)
I spoke with this great man who helped solve my problem! Not only was he sympathetic to my dilemma, as I needed an oven to match my other oven! He was extremely helpful and secured it for me for a whole week until I could go pick it up!
It’s now my pride and Joy sitting nicely within my kitchen.

Item described as brand new boxed & unmarked. But arrived poorly packaged with contents rattling around in the box which had caused both cosmetic & actual damage to the working parts. Had to chase to get a full refund. Communication very poor.

I ordered for next day delivery but I didn’t receive the delivery yet is almost 1 week.I cancel my order it’s the rubbish service ever I seen..

Product was excellent and delivery was as fast.
However.
No phone call 10/20 mins before delivery ax promised.

The biggest problem was I paid online.
Since then my bank account details appeared on the Dark Web.
So much hassle after that so I would advise going into the store to pay not online.

Added after bargain buyz reply.
I have full bank security on my PC.
The only payment ever made with my card was for this appliance.
I thank you for having checks done on your online payment system.

Fast response and good service but item advertised and purchased not in stock. Was offered alternative but dissapionted stock not available as advertised.

Polite and good service. Had a issue with my hob which was still under guarantee. The issue was dealt with within a hour, which i call outstanding service from the shop to the gas engineers. Definitely recommend

We went in on a bank holiday Monday as our fridge freezer had packed up, the gentleman was kind and courteous and helped as much as he could and even got us a delivery slot within a few hours which was great news for us. Would highly recommend this company and will be back for a washing machine very soon. Thank you 😊

Great Products and Service
Selected a Chest Freezer, product was identified as Ex Demo and areas of damage were clearly identified on the website with clear photos and descriptions.
We were happy with the described condition and placed the order. Received a very prompt call from Bargain Buys just to reiterate the unit had cosmetic damage.
We accepted the condition and received a call the next working day to arrange delivery as promised - item arrived next day and exactly as described. Very pleased with product and customer service, will use again

Bragin buyz was very amazing, the customer service was brilliant , no messing aorund, where honest and where very immediate in there actions, where able to deliver whenever i needed , the products where amazing, would very higly recommend going to bargain buyz for your appliances.

The Neff oven I purchased from Bargain Buyz was both brand new and complete with all accessories, the price was the best I had found and free delivery only took 4 days, as such I am very pleased with my purchase and the service offered by this company.

Staff were amazing and friendly. Prices were so cheap compared to everywhere else and the delivery was quick and easy. Definitely recommend
