Powered Books Reviews

Powered Books is making my work load allot easier! From the first contact with Zac, my time was well spent! I highly recommend this company. He is a great representative for the company. Very personal and caring.

On top of that, Bonnie has done an amazing job helping me out with several hard areas that need attending. She and her team have fixed several areas of our bookkeeping. Bonnie has been there with all the technical questions and provided prompt answers and solutions. She and the team are miracle workers!

Very nice app that's use your professional opinion without any problem

Powered Books is a game-changer. As a start-up we have faced problems of all sorts from the basic bookkeeping to the more complicated ones. Since availing of this company's services our worries decreased significantly. Now our organization is taking off in great leap. Thanks you deserve 5-Star!

Our experience with you company services have been excellent. Your team made it easy to get started and handle our ongoing needs. Best wishes all around.

We began using Powered Books a year ago and the service has helped us solve a number of challenges we faced as a small membership organization. The staff has been responsive to our unique needs and pleasant to work with.

Powered books is a life saver! I had to recreate my books due to a former book keeper not keeping track of things. Nova and her staff were wonderful, professional, and timely.

It took some time on the start up with getting them the information they needed, but they were patient and wonderful and extremely helpful during the transition period.

I refer them to EVERYONE!

I am not sure where they are getting these people to write these reviews but they are not legit. I was with them for almost a year and they asked me to be a reference within days of me signing up. Clearly, this is the situation with these reviews. They did not reconcile our books and always had an excuse. Their system of storing documents is heavily flawed and invoices were "lost" and were not entered in Quickbooks. They do not use standard accounting practices. It could be because their entire staff (outside of salespeople) are based in India. In the end, and almost a year with them, we canceled service as the owner was clearly incompetent. We issued chargebacks and the credit card company agreed with us. I would stay away from this company at all costs!

I moved my bookkeeping from 1800accountant to PoweredBooks in early 2017. I am VERY happy with PoweredBooks, and have never had a bookkeeper this easy to work with. Jordan who handled the sales and contract phase was very pleasant and accommodating.

But the real superstar is Rina. She has such a great attitude, explains things slowly and clearly (several times when I need it), and never balks at special requests. I sent her a humongous list of things I wanted to be changed / done a different way, and was worried she would object to some of the more minor nit-picks I had.......but instead, she wasn't even phased, said the list was nothing compared to some others she received, and said she would take care of it as quickly as possible (which they did). Rina is very understanding, and has a way of explaining things that really puts me at ease. The CPA who does my taxes had some change requests too for how to document assets VS expenses, and she had that done in no time.

I strongly recommend poweredbooks, and especially Rina! A++

Powered Books was the SAVE ALL for my self-employed business! They went back a whole year of tax nightmare to keep me on track for filing. Lifesaver to say the least and very affordable and easy to work with!

I have been using Powered books for 6 months now and I am SOOO grateful to them. They have saved me hundreds of hours of painful bookkeeping. I can now focus on marketing my business instead of reconciling my check account!

Thank you Powered Books!
Best regards,

AWesomeness at its finest

Excellent services! Affordable pricing! Pleasant team! These are only a few words to describe Powered Books. I am so thankful to have found Powered Books! My experience has been wonderful! The team at Powered Books has been excellent in helping us to set up and manage our church bookkeeping/accounting. Thank you Powered Books! Blessings!

The team jumped right-in and started generating results with almost no orientation. As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, I feel like I have a team of experts in my back office, allowing me to focus on client relations, while the team at PoweredBooks has my back!

We have started using Powered Books. The start-up experience has been good and we are beginning to work through the unique things we do.

Very awesome to work with all of you.

Don't let your books get out of whack, start off right and up to date!

Great service. The client contacts are A+. Highly recommend.

Switched over to them after some difficulties with a prior bookkeeping firm. Has been a very positive change. The team is very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and easy to work with. The best part is how responsive and thorough the team has been. It is refreshing to not have to follow up multiple times to get a response from a professional service provider. Highly recommended.

After our long-term bookkeeper retired, I needed someone quickly to keep us up to speed with our accounting. Without question, Powered Books was outstanding. They responded to every question and took the time to explain how to make a seamless transition. We had been using a desktop version of QuickBooks, but they helped with the transition to the online version. When I emailed questions to them, they quickly responded, and they also promptly returned phone calls. I recommend Powered Books without reservation! They're great!

some rework was needed and some work took longer than expected
