Powered Books Reviews

Always willing to help. Never away from their desk it seems like

Every person I personally dealt with at this company is genuinely great to work with. My account manager, Rina is outstanding. Whenever I need something, it's never a no...it's almost always, "no problem". Financials are stressful enough and PowerBooks helps ease the pain. They really want to help. I intend to work with them in the future.

I did not know how to start up payroll and it was a mess because I tried to do it on my own. Raha and Rina are amazing! They took their time and walked me through it; they also made all the phone calls to Intuit and fixed all my mistakes. Lifesavers! They are also quite knowledgable with Quickbooks and bookkeeping in general. I recommend them to anyone! Super affordable too!

Highly satisfied with the services that are provided. They have brought so much simplicity to our business needs.

I need our books brought up to date in time to file our taxes. We needed to update over 15 month of QuickBooks. Power Books did a great job and got it done on time.

Rina and Rachel have both been very helpful and easy to communicate with. They helped make orgainizing our books into quickbooks clear to understand, and we look forward to working together more.

I've had a really positive experience with PoweredBooks. As my business has grown, bookkeeping has become increasingly important - and increasingly difficult to keep up-to-date. I looked around a a few different services and ended up going with PoweredBooks because they were responsive, well-priced, and flexible to adapt to the changing needs of my business. They have been thorough and communicative, and my books are actually up to date now. Highly recommend them to any other small business owners looking for bookkeeping assistance.

VERY happy to have found Powered Books to do my books. In fact, I would rather walk on hot coals than do Quickbooks. The efficient Powered Books team made the experience easy and now I can focus more on my guests here at Viking Cove Guest Homes in Alaska!

Rachel is great! Quick as responding to emails

Rachel and her team have been amazing not only helping me put together my account, but also teaching me how to handle day to day tasks. She checks in with my office every opportunity she gets. Her support has been amazing!

Rachel and her team are great! Quick, accurate and precise when it came to my exact bookkeeping and accounting needs. I needed a full year clean up of our books and Powered Books was able to get this done in less than 45 days for us! Thank you again....

Our experience with your companies services have been excellent.  Your team made it easy to get started and handle our ongoing needs.
-Best Wishes all around!

My entire finance team has been replaced by Powered Books. Payroll, AR, AP, it's a dream come true! I cut my overhead in half & our productivity has increased tenfold. Thank you so very much Powered Books!!!

We are in the middle of transferring our books to them. Its been bumpy and their communication could be better at helping us go through a step-by-step explanation of the process. We have to initiate every conversation and we wish they would be more proactive in letting us know things that may need to be done. However, the staff has been very friendly and willing to take time to help us work through things when we do call with questions or problems.

Rachell team have been great to work with. I would recommend them to everyone we are happy working with them.

Very Patient and helpful

Thanks for cleaning up our companies messy books for the entire year of 2015 in weeks! Thanks to them we were able to file taxes on time.
