Could have been a Christmas oven disaster.
They came out promptly and fitted the new part quickly even though it was just before Christmas. Their service is always so helpful and the engineers are are so friendly. Wouldn't use anyone else local is best.

We had a call out for our washing machine. The PowerPoint team got to us the next day and the technician (Matt) was excellent, courteous and knew his job.
I would recommend PowerPoint to anyone with a domestic appliance repair need.

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service. I called up to ask about a dishwasher model, got all the info I needed and then when I asked about delivery they offered next day delivery which was a massive relief. Couldn't fault the technicians that installed the new machine and removed the old one. Will definitely use them again and recommend highly.

Good old fashioned 5 star customer service, Matt inspected our defective oven last week, identified issue and sourced best price replacement part. He came back today and fitted part ensuring all worked ok, oven like new. You don’t get this service with larger appliances retailers.
